Yeah, I noticed... Its just that, publishers such as Oni Press and the, now defunct DC imprint, Minx, have lots of great books out. Sadly, even today, that we're in two thousand and friggin' twelve, when you say "comics", people respond with something along the lines of: "Like, Mickey Mouse?".
I figured, hey, since its a good book and a worthy representative of the medium, why not pimp it out a little? Looks like you and I are the only people on here who know about it though, so that's that... Anyway, I still love it.
I created a page for it today. Needs work, I know, but nonetheless! You can find it here: Twelve Reasons Why I Love Her. Let me know what you think!
Added some Tropes and some more general info. Many thanks to Cider, Willbyr, and Shadow Hog for their help!
Also, in case you're too bored to scroll up, here ya go:
Oni Press, they're the same guys who publish Brian Lee O'Malley's stuff (Scott Pilgrim, Lost At Sea), right?

Insert witty and clever quip here. My page, as the database hates my handle.

"12 Reasons Why I Love Her" is a graphic novel by writer Jamie S. Rich and artist Joelle Jones, published in 2006 by Oni Press.
It falls into the Romantic Comedy genre, with some Drama sprinkles here and there, telling a pretty well crafted Boy Meets Girl story, through non-linear narrative. It consists of 12 individual chapters, each of which shows the couple in a different point in their relationship, while also providing a song to accompany it.
It's really well written, beautifully drawn and, judging by his own experiences, this Troper believes that it's a pretty realistic depiction of human relationships. To me, it reads like the sequential art equivalent of Five Hundred Days Of Summer.
I love it and I highly recommend it to all of you. Plus, anyone who's ever read it is welcome to post stuff in this here newborn thread! :D
Cheers!
