I dunno... Yukari seems like The Cutie of the group to me when she's not in Tank-Geek mode. All that Shrinking Violet-esque blushing and shy behavior at the very beginning and whenever Miho specifically targets her with praise, you know?

It's important because it seems to make a significant change in her appearance. In Yukari's case, it becomes just a superficial addition. In Mako's case, she's still sleeping regardless of the glasses.

There's a change for the other two, er, too, but in both of them having glasses seem to be somewhat detrimental. For Saori, being a meganekko is an improvement.

Can we talk about the panzers again?

Specifically, NO ONE seems to have read the actual spinoff I posted. Lots to talk about like, how, what's the caliber of that CANNON on Maginot's schoolship?

Timeline-wise, it seems to be set prior even Anzio, and what's more, it's yet another practice match in the vein of Glorianna's fight at the start of the series.

Well, it would help if we could understand the dialogue. I'm suspecting that the French-themed team seems to have some considerable friction between that black-haired girl and the brunette who debuted by riding in a tank past said girl, throwing her a cold look and what is possibly some similarly harsh words.

For reference, apparently Maginot's tactics prior to this year's championship was a defensive one, using their B1s to turtle against opposition. The new president of the Senshado class wants to change this into a more fluid fighting style, as turtling obviously won't work when the guns of the better schools trigger "penetrate" signals anyway (75mms overmatch the B1's frontal armor, nevermind its flat sides). Hence how the Somuas were brought into the picture.

Do you have a read rather than a download link?

It's available on Batoto. AFAIK, we can't link to manga scanlations directly to avoid implicating the site in supporting "digital piracy"; heck, I might even be pushing it with the above link.

Besides, the downloads are small; shouldn't take more than 5-10 minutes with an average connection speed.

This show is coming up next in my anime queue (plan to start tomorrow), so I want to ask: What is the correct order in which to watch it? I assume the main show has standard ordering (I won't be watching the recaps), but where do the OVA and the specials fit in?

The recaps come in as they were aired, while the OV As all happen in the gaps between the Gloriana and Saunders match, and the Pravda match. Why? You can see by the status of the gun on the Panzer 4, which only gets changed to the long 75 after Anzio.

Just binged this anime, and now I'm hyped for the movie and tempted to try World Of Tanks :D

Also had a gander at the Ribbon Warrior sidestory, and whooooooooooooooooo, Chapter Three has yuri content that throws all the sublety out of the window.

Chapter at Dynasty Scans

In short, Shizuka makes some unsubtle horse-rider relationship implications and comes on hard on Rin. When she does the "kick to direct the driver" gesture, she does it with her shoeless foot, causing a lot of awkwardness. Rin later has naughty dreams about this and blames her for it. Finally, Shizuka turns up at a tank match in samurai armor nearly identical to what Rin fantasized her in, causing her to imagine her dream had just become reality.
