What there was something like that?! I didn't noticed at all!
Taking careful aim and firing off a load of explosive content through the hard shaft to penetrate the once protective barrier and invite the challenger to her first taste of exciting intercourse. No, nothing to see there.

Are you talking about ketchup or ecchi?
Here's a magazine scan on the ship.

The carrier designs are remarkably WW 2 as well. That design owes pretty much everything to First and Second Carrier Division's ships. There's pretty much no Shokaku-class, and not a trace of US or Brit in it. (Or Taiho, for that matter.)
Nous restons ici.BTW did you ever heard about ship Freedom
? Real city on the water!
Unfortunetely expenses for its building far exceed estimation and it were never realised. Sob, sob

Just came from raw ep.4, and two things stuck out the most to me for some reason...all the members of the British team drinking (tea) and driving, and HORDES AND HORDES of Shermans...heck, the title for the next episode is even "The Sherman army" or something like that (oh and apparently the Americans have the Battle Hymn of the Republic as their theme...wonder if a German team would be intro'ed with the Koniggratzer March?)

Some interesting bits of trivia. It seems that the birthdays of many of the girls of the cast coincide with the start of historical battles.
- Miho = Operation Lightfoot (AKA Second Battle of El Alamein)
- Saori = Operation Barbarossa (German Invasion of Russia)
- Hana = Operation Wacht am Rhein (Battle of the Bulge)
- Yukari = Operation Overlord (D-Day, allied invasion of occupied France)
- Mako = Operation Fall Weiss (Case White, German Invasion of Poland)
And since I can't find the original 4chan link, some partial translation notes on the rules for Senshadou/Panzerkraft that was included with the series notes:
- You are not allowed to hit any people with the (tank) cannon. To kill someone like that would disqualify you. You can only disable the tank's body.
- Both the ammunition used and the armour plating are regulated. So you can't use some dodgy special ammo that cuts a tank in half and kill everyone (there was actually a comment in Episode 4 about this with the use of carbon rounds).
- The battlefield is out of bounds for 3 days until the match begins. Everyone gets maps and details of the area. If there is a disagreement of the battlefield choice you can object during the first 24 hours to the Federation in writing. And they would sort it out.
- Here are the "Don'ts"
1.Do not use any tools and materials outside what is regulated. 2. Do not deliberately leave the designated battlefield area. 3. Do not directly fire at people. 4. Do not attack any vehicle that have been disabled. 5. Do not be disrespectful to the umpire or the competitors. 6. Do not throw a match by not trying. Above rules would disqualify you.
- How to lose the battle:
- Once your tank is out of the match, you are not allowed to move until the umpire tell you it is over.
- Compensation:

The two most-produced tanks of WW 2 are Shermans and T-34s. Shermans more so. Then if you include all of the Sherman varieties...lol
Except for the Second Battle of El Alamein, all of those are big operations and not just one "battle", for example, the major tank battle during Overlord...was nonexistent (although you can say the battle for Cherbourg was one). It only happened right after Overlord was "done" (Normandy beachheads established and immediate area secured). When most of the Allied armored units finally arrived, that's when the Normandy breakout started (and arguably the biggest tank battle in the West happened, the "closing" of the Falaise Pocket).
Barbarossa's first few phases involved no major (emphasis on "major" as several Russian tank units became "guerillas" and suicidal during that early phases - German tankers usually get surprised because of tanks speeding towards them and firing haphazardly without slowing down at all) tank battles at all until the Germans got closer to Leningrad and Moscow (and thus the Northern counteroffensive began) and until they got stuck in Stalingrad (whereas the southern counteroffensive began).
The invasion of Poland is more of a case where one side has a lot of armor and the other only has some (although Poland have cavalry units, they DID NOT charge against the Panzers; like what the Cossacks would eventually do during Barbarossa, they harass German support units and infantry).

Saw episode 4.
That other commander is no Yuugi, which naturally was expected.
I really like the fair matchups, since they're fighting on completely equal terms when it comes to armour and fire power.
I also still like the prez. She's so lax about everything.
Check out my fanfiction!LOL my prediction was correct, per episode 4, it's a simultaneous penetration of several loads, leading to a huge explosion that led to being disabled. LOL
So it's Sanada Yukimura, Erwin Rommel, Julius Caesar...and Uesugi Kenshin...? Not sure about the last but they mentioned him before, as well as saying "the God of War" too.

You're forgetting the Shinsengumi as well. Then again, they are apparently the History Club. For reference
. Erwin aside, there's Oryou
, Saemonza
, and obviously Kaiser
.

And here I thought that metaphor was so well hidden no one would notice.
