As well as that-Holmes is now trying to solve a case, and he finally thinks Poirot is innocent, thanks to the fantastic Sicon who has a really cool avatar, and myself, for some reason.

Good News Everyone!!.. well for me anyway.

I finally got my package approximately two weeks after putting in my address.

I got the letter, the comic and the sheet with the url. The CD however is nowhere to be seen (even though the package which it all came in lists a cd as one of the contents). I figure it might not be there because the CD might be wrecked being transported all the way here. But I don't know.

Anyways, this is all not very important as we've pretty much made use of everything from the package. So this is just a quick update.

Is anyone in this thread from Boston? I remember someone saying they were, way back when, which is what dragged me back here. (Also why are you not all on the other forum?)

Well, Thirty Two Footsteps (the closest troper - he, as it turned out, has moved) has directed me here. I also contacted Progeny Ex Machina (second closest), but no reply so far.

Well that's because I can access TV Tropes more regularly than the WTF Forum (mostly because the WTF forum is banned off my school laptop which I use mostly since I'm sorta banned off my main computer.)

Looks like we got someone who thinks he can make it up there, so no worries, mate.

Well this took an unexpected turn.

After confirming my information with my little brother, who has actually been to Japan for a significant period of time, I determined that Silver is eating dumplings for no real reason. If anyone has a Twitter account, just explain to him that there are vending machines selling food and drinks all over the place on the streets there.

If he doesn't like that idea, introduce him to the concept of convenience stores.

The vending machines would be better, since there is little chance of him drawing police attention like Quixote and Burger King. The store is still fine, since plenty of the stores see strange customers regularly, so unless he acts overtly threatening (and I doubt he will, this guy is pretty damn charismatic) there should be no issues.

Try to communicate more with Silver. Yet another character has arrived.

And another thing- if Sicon is the official Holmesian, who's going to be the official Poirotan?

As well as that- Long John Silver's travelling with Gulliver. They started off in AUSTRALIA, then their ship sank, so they ROWED to Japan, then, due to huge waves, extremely strong currents and rough seas, somehow ENDED UP in VIRGINIA.

HOW THE HECK DID THEY ROW TO JAPAN? IT TAKES 2 WEEKS OR 3 OR 4 OR 5 OR 6 IF YOU ROW.
