I remember Stickin' Around. I think there were at least three Rupert shows (the last of which kind of looks like a Bob The Builder/Noddy type puppet animation).
Anyone remember something called Twinkle The Dream Being, a kinda edutainment type show from the nineties in which the main character granted wishes to other characters, most of them with terrible Hilarity Ensues consequences. Notable for it's rather saccharine alien universe and having Twinkle voiced by Tress Macnelle in her 'Mr Fiend' voice.
A few others that have just sprung to mind are TUGS (basically Thomas And Friends with boats) and the Wheres Waldo/Wally cartoon (that the UK version even took the effort to rerecord every instance of Waldo's name to fit with their incarnation).

There are three I know of: One is from the 70's, and it's more of an "animated storybook" that relies mostly on still images with embellishments, coupled with narration. The 90's one that we all remember, and a recent one circa... 2004 I believe? that is stop-motiony and makes a couple fairly dramatic changes (such as changing Rupert from white to yellow and making Pong Ping into a girl, among others).

Wasn't he yellow in some of the original book illustrations?
I only have memories of the first two shows, though I do kind of like the chibi design style of the third one, if only because I've never been a big fan of 'humanoid bodies with animal heads' proportion style.

I suppose this isn't really a cartoon, but when I was a little little kid (this would be in the early '80's) there was a show which essentially read comic books to you...it would show the individual panels on screen and have voice actors read the narration, dialogue, etc. I specifically remember them doing an Adam Strange story, and a Kid Flash story (the Kid Flash story involved a heavy-set kid who bragged to his schoolmates that he was as fast as Kid Flash; when they picked on him about it, Kid Flash decided to make his boast real). I've never met or spoken to anyone else who's even heard of this show.
Anyone else remember Maya the Bee or The Littl' Bits?
Someone on the first page mentioned Valley of the Dinosaurs, I think I remember watching that on Cartoon Network back in the mid-90's.
My tropes launched: https://surenity2.blogspot.com/2021/02/my-tropes-on-tv-tropes.htmlYou mean this?
It's relatively popular over here, though outside Europe it seems to be mostly unknown.
I also remember UBOS and Cubix. They were okay, but both were pretty short lived. I specially remember a Cubix episode where a kid is too short to enter an amusement park, so he gets a Humongous Mecha and goes all berserk over the whole place.
Maya the Bee was popular over here too.
As for some other unknown cartoons, Walter Melon and Sharky & George anyone?

Hey, Las Tres Mellizas. They had quite a long run over here, too.
I liked Walter Melon. They showed it back to back with the Iznogoud The Vizier cartoon, but sadly it had a very short time in the local TV, and too early in the morning.

Oh thank you man. I vaguely remember watching it as a child and tried to find the name since a while.
Can't be the only one to have traumatic memories of Teletoon's various abortive attempt at making "adult" comedies. Anyone remember Tripping The Rift, Bromwell High, The Wrong Coast, Punch! (ARGH)-& all?

I've heard of the last two
http://s1.zetaboards.com/Conceptual_Evolution/ http://sagan4.com/forum/index.phpI know that 3-2-1 Penguins is a thing solely because I got sucked into playing a Chu Chu Rocket-style flash game based on in one day, and I remember that hour or so of ridiculous addiction oddly well.
Speaking of CGI stuff, anyone here remember a kiddie show called The Save Ums?

If it is, I think I know it too.

"I like girls, but now, it's about justice."The Buzz on Maggie was a short lived Cartoon along with American Dragon, Jake Long which only lasted 2 years. There's also Cat Dog, Pelswick, and a few others....
I remember Maggie, if only for its massive Ear Worm of a theme song.

Count me in as another Rupert lover. One of my favorite adventure 'toons, it is.
