Does Whatever Happened To Robot Jones count? That was one of my favorite shows as a kid, but my memories of it are a tad hazy. Not to mention it was quite Screwed by the Network, as far as I know.

[up]I guess it counts, since it only lasted like twenty episodes! I remember the episode where he has a fear of the school showers.

[up][up]I loved that show!! I also remember I got so pissed off when they went back and dubbed over all the episodes with that terrible child actor's voice.

[up][up][up] I liked that show better before they replaced the Microsoft Sam voice with that of a Kid with Robot Effects placed over it. That kind of ruined it for me. I still remember the episode where he has to play Crab Ball in the Freezing cold with all the other short kids.

Anyone remember Roswell Conspiracies?

It was one of those 'elite heroes with cool toys battle monsters' shows but it played the conspiracy and mistrust themes dead straight. Think the X-files but for kids.

Mission Hill is far from obscure.

Eh, I'd argue it's not as well-known as some might argue. I don't think I'd ever heard of it until I came to this site. One of my coworkers was telling me about it the other day, though, and I might check it out soon.

Now, Clone High, that's DEFINITELY an obscurity. Sure, it has a strong cult fanbase, but I hardly ever find people who even know it ever existed.

I remember it fondly because it was one of my favorites shows. I have yet to understand how no one can ever forget at least ONE moment from it, especially now that the directors made it big in Hollywooood.

Though my memory of it is a bit fuzzy, I recall finding Dave The Barbarian hilarious.

Though I'd say Clerks The Animated Series is probably the most obscure due to how shortlived it was (only 6 episodes), but naturally it's got some following for being in the View Askewniverse.

How has MTV's 3 South not been mentioned here yet? That show REALLY needs more love.

So does Where My Dogs At. I mean, MTV has uploaded some of the episodes, but they always cut out the last few minutes. The rest (including the infamous Snoop Dogg episode) are on Youtube.

Sorry for the years-long bump but I've given several obscure shows and specials trope pages, including The Magic Trolls and the Troll Warriors, Rose Petal Place, and Peppermint Rose.

I think those latter shows/toys should get a reboot.

Those shows seem like they would be ripe for having Magical Girl reboots of them. In fact, it really seems like a lot of 80's girls shows would make for awesome Magical Girl Warrior material.

Since IDW did 2009-era Strawberry Shortcake comics and are big on 80's nostalgia in general I've asked 'em a few times about a Lady Lovelylocks comic XD I also asked Shout Factory about DVDs for the series and they said they'd consider it ^^

Rainbow Brite also got a reboot miniseries a few years ago.

I think more obscure ones like Rose Petal Place needs a Magical Girl touch. Also I would change Nastina from a spider to a grasshopper, since grasshoppers are garden ruiners. Also since spiders actually help protect gardens, I would think a spider character would be an ally to keep a garden beautiful.

If we're talking about shows no one talks about all that much that I find criminally underrated, as well, these all come to mind pretty much immediately:

- Penn Zero Part Time Hero

- Mighty Magiswords

- Clarence

- Harvey Beaks (although this one is quite debtable on being obscure...)

New Web Browser, same old Shokew.

The first show mentioned really got the short end, because it really had a good premise and everything.

I am loving Mighty Magiswords (when will new episode premiere?), though I do think you have to have a strict and focused attention span to follow it.
