Fuuma Kotaro needs namespacing to Useful Notes.
I've got most of the Manga.Lupin III wicks to finish, but actually creating pages for some of these works is starting to become a priority. I've got over 50 wicks for Red Jacket Lupin, already! :D
Link to TRS threads in project mode here. Not surprised. I found one soundtrack recently, so I'll have a chance to listen to some as well.
Fuuma: if you could. I listed as a note to myself or anyone else who might check out the thread. I've also listed more Creators In Main on the list, and getting antsy on the size. XD
I keep finding more projects! Here's a short one I just did: because IMDB lists it as Angel Tactics for the English title, I changed away the Angels Tactics links to the former.
Link to TRS threads in project mode here.I've finished cleaning the Manga.Lupin III wicks, but there's three pages I'm not really happy with at the moment.
There's 482 wicks to Franchise.Lupin III, so we're short 18 tropes before the title needs to be in bold on the Completed Namespace Migrations page. Ah, well.
The work pages need to be done. I haven't done anything to Strange Psychokinetic Strategy since I added the image, so that's my next priority.
We're hopefully getting a hand with the Lupin III: The Woman Called Fujiko Mine, but nothing major has been done for awhile.

Link to TRS threads in project mode here.Fūma Kotarō is done. Hope I haven't forgotten how to do things.
I think Lupin III: The Woman Called Fujiko Mine is a good page and doesn't really need big changes. They took care of that page surprisingly well.
I haven't seen the live-action movie, so I can't help there.
Those 3 pages. Do they have a lack of context or sufficient info regarding to Lupin, is that what you're saying?

You forgot the [[redirect:UsefulNotes/FuumaKotaro]] tags, but otherwise looks good.
The fourth series is lacking a complete Characters page, and has character tropes on the main page because of that.
That's fine. I own a copy (Thanks, Discotek Media!).
All three have a Lupin example. I don't like the way they're written, but I'm not sure on how to fix'em. Arab seems Zero Context Example, Unknown Rival seems like Not An Example, and I'm not sure what to do with Depraved Dentist.

Link to TRS threads in project mode here.Sorry for forgetting the tag.
Next week, I can take care of the Characters page for that series then. I haven't seen all episodes yet, but I can move the character tropes to its respective page (and add some more in the future).
Dunno about the three pages that have "examples", though.

Sandboxing the page here:
Lupin III: Princess of the Breeze is the twenty-fifth Made-for-TV Movie in the Lupin III franchise. It debuted on November 15, 2013, and has yet to have an official English language release.
This year's Art Shift is rather interesting, including elements of the Return of the Magician OVA, a The Castle of Cagliostro influence, as well as newer art elements, such as shiny wet eyes in almost all of the characters.
The story opens in the Paris night. Shots switch around, showing the airship, the party, and the city below. Then a new airship arrives. It's a group of pirates that attack the ship, and knock out the guards. As two of them prepare to return to their ship, a guard has followed them up. The guard and one of the pirates fight, and we discover the guard is Lupin III and the pirate is a cutie! One slap later, and the pervert is falling off the airship, into the river.

Spoilers below! Don't read below if you don't want to know how this caper turns out!
This TV movie features examples of:
- Armor Piercing Slap:
- Lupin gets slapped for touching the breasts of the female pirate in the opening.
- Lupin gets slapped again when he lights up a cigarette in front of the baby. Same thing had happened to the head pirate off-camera, earlier.
- Samus Is a Girl: The pirate Lupin is fighting isn't revealed as a young girl until the end of the fight. Why does the fight end? Weaponized Armor Piercing Slap.
- Worthless Treasure Twist: After chasing Plot Coupons made of gems, discovering an ancient lost treasure of gold, paintings, and technology, Lupin reveals the object that he'd been trying to steal. A corkscrew. Granted, it's a gold corkscrew, but he was chasing it because it was a treasure that his grandfather had described, rather than the intrinsic worth of the object.

Thanks for that. We might have one or two more hands with this task, too.
Right now, I want to work on fleshing out (adding more tropes for) the following pages:
- Strange Psychokinetic Strategy
- Lupin III: Princess of the Breeze
- Lupin III (Green Jacket)
- Lupin III (Red Jacket)
- Characters.Lupin III The Woman Called Fujiko Mine

Link to TRS threads in project mode here. What do you think of the Recap.Lupin III page, now? I changed the order since the Anime page is now indexing animes by type.
Link to TRS threads in project mode here.I'm trying to keep to the five work pages I listed in post 118. The live action film is overdue for summary and trope examples (I've been lucky it hasn't been cutlisted. It should have been.), so I'm rewatching that work. The others mostly need crosswicking.
Er... Cross Wick.
Going through the TV series recap pages and making sure the tropes linked by the page link back to the recap page and the TV series page is a current goal. That's a project to encourage any Lupin fan to do.

Link to TRS threads in project mode here.Hello, guys. I'm encountering a bit of confusion over the first Lupin III movie. I've seen it spelled as:
- Lupin III
- Lupin III: Lupin vs. The Clone
- Mystery of Mamo
- The Mystery of Mamo
- The Secret of Mamo
- Lupin III: Mystery of Mamo
- Lupin III: The Mystery of Mamo
... and probably other combinations. End result, I'm rather confused about which one we should use. I first I thought Mystery of Mamo was just a title omitting the "The", which is an endemic problem with titles (it has lead to some huge move of multiple pages in the past, like with The Order of the Stick or The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant), but here it seems to be genuine first title (it's notably the one used on Wikipedia).
This mostly comes as a result of Lupin being a copyrighted character in France. The early movies weren't allowed to use the name "Lupin", so workarounds were used. (I'm surprised you didn't find Rupan III: Secret of Mamo)
As You Know, I've made sure the TV specials have the franchise name affixed to the beginning, but I've avoided it for the other movies, with the exception of Lupin III: Dead or Alive. That particular film shares a name with a growing franchise. Instead of stomping on their toes, I thought a disambiguation in Anime.Dead Or Alive would be better. But it hasn't been made yet, because I'm not ready to write the page. All the wicks should be directing to the Lupin version, though.
My preference is to match names to the most recently official translation, and in this case that would be The Mystery of Mamo. I think it is easier to not include the "the", but I wouldn't argue very hard for leaving it out.

Link to TRS threads in project mode here.Yes, "most official" is often a good choice. It can be better than "first translation", since those can be approximative, or even contradictory when there are several.
And all the covers I've seen use "The Mystery of Mamo", including the one on the page itself. It would reduce confusion.
Plus, as I've mentioned above titles on the wiki tend toward not omitting a "The", or being corrected when it's the case. Only for the sake of alphabetical order it is ignored, not in title themselves. (Seeing "Lord of the Rings" written rather than "The Lord of the Rings" is a bit of a pet peeve of mine.)

"The" is one of those article words.... given that I don't know how the Japanese use article words (and my second language omits them completely), I don't feel very obligated one way or the other. The franchise looks like it tends not to use "the" to begin a title (Lupin III Yearly Specials), but the translated version aren't adverse to adding it.
I'd like to hear Quag 15's opinion, but if we do want to change the page, I'd prefer Anime. The Mystery Of Mamo to the franchise-branded version.
Another question to think about: Where will we write the new Lupin film? Film.Lupin III is already being used as a disambiguation between Strategy and any others that get made.

Ya-ta-taaa, finished pulling tropes from the Manga page onto the Anime page. Still have Franchise.Lupin III to add from, but all of the Namespace pages are correct now. Next step: finish the Manga.Lupin III wick cleanup and cross wicking. Once that's done, Franchise.Lupin III goes on Completed Namespace Migrations.
