For the uninitiated... A contingent of tropers (mostly from across America) holds regular get-togethers over the Interwebs on this site called Synchtube which lets individuals, such as ourselves, open and join in text-based chatrooms within typical web browsers (Firefox, Chrome, et. al.) that allow the chat participants to view YouTube videos in synchronization with everyone else present (without even needing to set up an account)... and we've decided to use said chatrooms to play cheeseball webvideos and feature-length movies found in the public domain which stretch all the way from letters B to Z, which everyone subsequently riffs on a la MST3K.
For over EIGHT years, everybody who gets involved mostly finds good enjoymentnote in calling out tropes that are recognized in the videos and stories and coming up with jokes to fling back at whatever's happening on the screen, many of which turn into various in-jokes and running gags (a Coven Glossary is kept and maintained for everyone's help and convenience HERE) to repeat in the chat.
We're always looking for new ways to better coordinate and expand our activities and are more than happy to welcome newcomers interested in joining our gatherings.

That doesn't help.
Well, I'm not gonna spoil the surprise!
Long live Cinematech. FC:0259-0435-4987Could we watch Clue. I want to watch something really good to wash Biodome out.
It comes. The corrupter comes. Don't let it touch the tower lest all reality crumble.I'm still advocating Robot Jox.
TV Tropes's No. 1 bread themed lesbian. she/her, fae/faerI don't know, is that available anywhere for us to watch on Synchtube?
We really do need to watch that sometime. I keep forgetting about that. Maybe tomorrow?
Anyway, nom, your suggestion isn't too far off from what I would've put out for us tonight, anyway (except no Marjoe Gortner or Sybil Danning). I wouldn't object to this.
I found a promising movie, but unfortunately there is no trailer. Attack of the Eye Creatures. This is a movie that couldn't even get the title card right.
Bigotry will NEVER be welcome on TV Tropes.I shall hope to erase the horror of that movie from my brain.
I fear that is not possible.
War is God.You know, it ain't ideal, but I'm sure that re-watching Foodfight! would do the trick.
Fun Fact: Bio-Dome is in a three-way tie for lowest aggregate score for a feature film on Metacritic, with a net score of 1/100.
Anyway, I haven't updated the OP yet, but I want to make it clear that at present time, I'm currently willing to host nom's suggestion, Traxx, if only because that 40-second clip, above, which I found looks more entertaining than anything I took a peek at from the first five minutes of what I originally had planned.
Is the entire thing Nicholas Cage is About to Shoot You?
The Revolution Will Not Be TropeableIt's about a vigilante... that wants to be a cookie baker.
Long live Cinematech. FC:0259-0435-4987That was Nic Cage?

I'd take almost anything other than Biodome.
Except Foodfight!. That would not be ideal.
War is God.I found another movie that we really need to watch at some point, and this one has a trailer to go with it. It's called The Terror, it's from 1963, and it was made with no budget, no script, and the sets from another film that were being dismantled. Roger Corman was the director, and it had Boris Karloff and Jack Nicholson in it.
Bigotry will NEVER be welcome on TV Tropes. What happened in Biodome?
pls tell
MISSED ME?!?!If you want to preserve your sanity, watch the Nostalgia Critic review.
Long live Cinematech. FC:0259-0435-4987Doing now, brb. c:
MISSED ME?!?!Basically, it was unanimously voted an X . I was drunk and distracted, and I still found it difficult to sit through. Bad comedies are pain.
Bigotry will NEVER be welcome on TV Tropes.Every once in a while, I gotta appreciate IMDb user input for the exact same reasons why I hate it.
There's apparently a very vocal crowd on the Bio-Dome page that wants to lash back at the haters (or, rather, the "Ebert nerds who don't 'get' stoner comedy" strawmen) and... essentially, just hail it as the kind of "junk food for the brain" that would typically score a or higher with us. Aaaaand... Iyyyyyeee... just can't see it. Norm was drunk, I was high... and that still wasn't enough for just ONE person in our group to get in the "right frame of consciousness" in which to find either of the two lead characters likable. There truly can't be anything short of experiencing debilitating brain damage (such as bashing your own head in with an iron hammer or huffing spray paint fumes out of a gym sock) for significant portions of Bio-Dome to appear enjoyable.
EDIT: The problem is that liking Bio-Dome must correlate to finding the two leads equally likable, and that just seems flat out impossible for any sane person. Unless one is already just an obnoxious, gross ignoramus in real life, there's no way of enjoying the damn movie.
