I'm trying to index it on the "Manga" page. Am I not doing something right?
From what I can tell, you haven't edited the Main.Manga page. You've edited Manga.Last Game, but you index that page on an index page, like Main.Manga or Main.Shonen Demographic, which should be in alphabetical order. Which index have you been trying to place Last Game on?

Link to TRS threads in project mode here.Ohhhh, I didn't know that! "Main.Manga" would probably be the best choice. Do you know how to do that?
Edit Manga and add a link to your page in the appropriate place in the index list.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanAwesome. I think I got it. Thanks for your help!
I just split VideoGame.Super Smash Bros. The only problem is that I can't seem to turn it into an index, despite placing [[index]] before the first bullet and [[/index]] after the last one. What am I doing wrong?

Page type needs to be set. Right now, only moderators can do it - I've done such.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanAh, thanks.
I have made a recap page of Sonic the Hedgehog and formatted the index of the page, but the recap pages of Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure 2 still have not been index. Is there anything wrong with this?
Yes, Recap.Sonic The Hedgehog wasn't set to do indexing.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanSorry, having indexing problems too. I'm trying to add a comic book at the Headscratchers- comic books index. I must be doing some formatting wrong because, once I have the new title indexed, the title is not in cursive as all the others are, and there is a tiny arrow at the corner of it. The hyperlink is working well though. The title I have added is Persepolis.

I'm trying to set the character page for With This Ring because it got so large that it needed subpages. How do I set as the tools button for page setting as long vanished. And how would I also do it for Halkegenia Online as the lack of index makes it a bit difficult to navigate.
I've turned both pages into indexes.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanSeptimus? If you can read this, I'm currently trying to index the character pages into Marvel Puzzle Quest:
- Marvel Puzzle Quest Common Characters
- Marvel Puzzle Quest Uncommon Characters
- Marvel Puzzle Quest Rare Characters
- Marvel Puzzle Quest Gold Characters
- Marvel Puzzle Quest Legendary Characters
I don't have the authority to index an index, so please help me when you get the chance.

Done but the term is "turn into an index".
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI've split the character page for Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches into two due to size issues. Can I have the main character page turned into an index?
Done.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI need help adding a page into an index, since how to do it isn't very clear. The page is this: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Awesome/HyperdimensionNeptuniaVictoryII
Put it on the Awesome.Video Games list.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI cannot seem to index this page Rock-A-Doodle I tried adding a bullet, but that screwed up the folder. Please assist.
Please read How Indexing Works.
The first index Characters.Rock A Doodle should be added to is CharacterSheets.Animated Films because it is the character page for an animated film.
Link to TRS threads in project mode here.If you come upon a page that isn't indexed, is it best to put it on the manual index, or is there a nifty way to add it to the auto-indexing? Is one method better than the other? I know the manual indexes base the sorting on location, so a badly alphabetized one can mess up order.
There is no way to index a page except manually. The only ones which aren't don't show a "Needs indexing" bar at the bottom.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard Feynman{nods} I asked because I was under the impression that currently, if you add one of the specialized sections such as Trivia via the buttons at the top, it adds them to a generated index in a sort of automagic manner.
~megagiga43: What page are you trying to index it on?
