Unless Amazon or someone else buys a video platform, it's highly unlikely. The thing is aside from name recognition, Youtube is one of the fastest platform (even if it has to compress a lot to do so)
That being said, it's also possible (if very doubtful) that Dailymotion gets a massive revamp, or that Twitch becomes a video platform on top of the streaming platform.

Their announcement is somewhat less shady than before.
They always change their guidelines without telling anyone before. I don't know now.
