(checks out the page for Strong Female Protagonist.) Whoa. That's pretty dark. Good thing I love spoilers (thank you TV Tropes!
) ...Yeah not my kind of stuff (though it does sound like it has a few good ideas.) It also sounds like its cruel for the sake of it on some of its characters. Thanks Liz, but I'll pass. I prefer my hero deconstructions if they end in reconstructions (as is the case with Tiger & Bunny.)

Indeed, superheroes do make sense in a world with evil sentient apes and action space racoons.
I think that's why I love the movie Superman Vs The Elite (totally recommended if you are a superman fan). Its a great reconstruction of the superhero genre. At the end superman doesn't solve the world problems but he inspires people to do better than mere violence and revenge.That's what heroes are all about imo.
EDIT: sorry for the spoilers!

Forgiveness is beyond justice, faith is superior than hope, redemption is better than perfection and love is greater than them all.I have a sudden and irresistible urge to plug Worm as another well done and fairly deconstructionist example of superhero fiction. It also looks at the nature of heroes and villains and how a society would actually react to parahumans. It's basically what got me more interested in superhero fiction in general than just watching the movies.
It is kinda dark too, though. Also very very long.

I...I don't want to be one of those assholes who complains about his character not looking strong enough, but...didn't we say that Majestic is supposed to be strong enough to lift the United Kingdoms?
My various fanfics.Presumably quite a lot...more than a building, I would think. And more than Starfire has ever been known to be able to move.

Good thing this isn't Starfire then?
I don't know, man, if you really want to talk about power levels, the moment Majestros touched any of your characters they would have turned to dust. We put these things aside because it wouldn't be fun if we didn't.

@Mysty
I was wondering if as an idea Morgan lefay could offer healing via Etrigan to heal Tony in exchange of "a favor", of course Tony will reject the proposal I am 100% sure. But it's just an idea to perhaps call Dr fate attention and I don't meant to interfere with your plans with Tony in anyway at all. What do you think?
@Bio nice to see you around!
I have been sick lately so please excuse my lack of activity.

Forgiveness is beyond justice, faith is superior than hope, redemption is better than perfection and love is greater than them all.That might need to be run past the G Ms, if it's cross-game.
Easing back into life one step at a time
So, the difference between Atli and Thor. On his more cynical days, Thor might say he merely doesn't turn his strength against the week, nor does he ally himself with those who do. Atli, however, allies himself with the strongest and scorn the weak, or exploits them if he needs something.
Despite any similarities, this would be a point of contention between the two if it ever got brought up. More likely, they'd wail on each other that discuss philosophical differences but there it is.
@GOA Seriously we have to cross paths more often. Poor Darwin he has an awesome power but I am curious on the weapon he will use to be more offensive.
@Son of snark
Before this game I had no idea who majestic is, he definitively has a unique view on handling his powers.
Forgiveness is beyond justice, faith is superior than hope, redemption is better than perfection and love is greater than them all.

There's also that great Superman quote, "'These 'no-nonsense' solutions of yours just don't hold water in a complex world of jet powered apes and time travel." From our perspective, superheroes may be childish and wastefully destructive, but in a comic book world, they're a necessary evil. Their world has giant monsters that are covered in fire and could squash a city block flat, so the superheroes need to stop them because no one else will.
Then again, most of the time it's super villains causing such trouble. So the heroes can't throw in the cape and move on with their lives until the bad guys do.
And a Strange Figure Emerges.
