I love the current plots but next-game day seems exiting already as we are having some exiting hero debuts :)
@GG In part so do I
. But I think she genuinely likes Terra.
Imo even villains must have their good side.

Forgiveness is beyond justice, faith is superior than hope, redemption is better than perfection and love is greater than them all.Sorry about disappearing like that.
What did I miss?
Also, why is Tony acting like a total spaz?
Tv Tropes Powers. Activate!!!!!O_O
...Can this be true? Is Marvel putting the Fantastic Four comics on hiatus *just* to spite Fox studios? [1]
(second story)
I hope not. That's a level of Executive Meddling dickery only DC has been showing of late.
I hope so, but I've seen Marvel do stupid things before. See: Ultimate Marvel, Heroes Reborn, One More Day.
More on-topic: it looks like Fate's and Tony's plotlines are about to intersect. Should we allow them? Because I can tell you people have plans for Tony and Godfrey, and having a Lord of Order show up to cure him might screw them up. Your call.

The Professor sent Fury an inoculator which he claimed Fury needed to live. By taking the Formula Fury would halt his aging process. However in return for this Sternberg blackmailed Fury for money, which Fury was forced to pay in order to survive. Sternberg extorted Fury yearly for the next several decades.
Professor Phineas Horton, creator of the Human Torch, created a new android, Adam II. However Adam II rebelled against Horton, and began creating other androids and robots. Adam II developed a plan to substitute congressional candidate John F. Kennedy with a robot duplicate. As Captain America II and Bucky II battled Adam II and his robots, Captain America II was killed, but not before using a flare which summoned the rest of the Squad. Inspired by Captain America II's sacrifice, the Patriot donned a spare Captain America costume, and managed to foil Adam II's plans. Captain America III was accepted as the successor to the role of Captain America, and was accepted into the All-Winners Squad.

Robert and Madeline Frank, formerly the Whizzer and Wonder Woman, began working for the American government as non-costumed superhuman security agents at a nuclear power plant in New York. Isbisa, a former enemy of the All-Winners Squad, sabotaged the plant. The Franks were both bombarded with high levels of radiation. Madeline Frank was pregnant at the time, and eight months later she gave birth to a terribly deformed mutant baby which emitted toxic levels of radiation. The American government persuaded the Franks to hand the baby over to them. The government placed it within a specially designed chamber that was meant to drain the enormous amounts of radiation the baby was generating while also retarding his aging process. The baby, nicknamed Nuklo (M), was raised and remained in the chamber for decades. Distraught over the loss of their baby, the Franks accepted a compensation the government provided them and decided to tour the world.

So... does that means yes, we can have Dr. Fate pop over? Should he find out what is really going on? Will he cure tony? Will he refuse to waste his time on mortals? Will Tony rebuke him? Will our characters convince him to wait a tad? Will I ever stop asking questions? Will I ever stop posting long timelines nobody comments on?
The 20th Century Part 4: The 50's
1950 [Feb] Blackhawk Airways severs all ties with the CIA and the U.S. government.
[Jun 25] The Korean War begins; the U.S. quickly becomes involved. It lasts until an armistice is signed on July 27, 1953. Slade Wilson (the future Terminator (DC) lied about his age to join the Army at 16, and became the war’s youngest decorated hero.
A.D. Late 1950 With the outbreak of the Korean War, many of the former Howling Commandoes re-enlisted in the American military, and were reunited under Sergeant Nick Fury. After a successful mission in which the Howling Commandos destroyed an enemy MIG base across the 38th parallel, Fury was promoted to Second Lieutenant.
A.D. early 1950s Black Bolt was elected as leader of the Genetics Council and became the new ruler of the Inhumans. He ordered that his brother Maximus (M) be detained for his own safety. Maximus vowed to one day destroy his brother and to seize the throne.
With the widespread use of airplanes and steamships, the Inhumans began to fear discovery of their island city Attilan by humans. Black Bolt encountered Ikaris the Eternal, who took him to Olympia to meet his leader Zuras. Learning of the Inhumans' plight, Zuras decided to aid Black Bolt in seeking an appropriate new location for Attilan. Journeying to the Himalayan Mountains the Eternals used their molecular powers to excavate an enormous pit for the site of a new Attilan. Using anti-gravity generators the entire city was floated to China and placed in the pit.
Shortly after the move of Attilan from the Atlantic Ocean to the Himalayas the exiled Inhuman Phaedar and his son Maelstrom moved into the underwater ruins of the island and discovered traces of the Terrigen Mist. They set up a base and began experiments on Terrigen, genetic engineering, and cloning.
Robert Grayson, the American boy living on the planet Uranus, was given the quantum bands, the pair of energy manipulating arm bands constructed by the being Eon millennia ago. Missing his home, at the age of seventeen Grayson traveled back to Earth where he used the quantum bands to battle crime. Calling himself Marvel Boy (M), Grayson became one of the preeminent costumed crime fighters of the 1950's. He fought crime for three years. He lived on Smallville, Kansas.
Maintaining radio contact with Uranus, Marvel Boy learned that his father had become ill. Unable to get a bank loan to purchase medical supplies, Grayson decided to return to Uranus to be by his father's side.
Deathurge (M), an agent of the cosmic being Oblivion (M), learned of the Uranians desire for self-obliteration. Contacting the Eternals, they willingly gave him permission to end their existence.
Upon his arrival on the planet Uranus, Marvel Boy discovered the dead bodies of his father and the Uranians. Driven insane with grief, Marvel Boy headed back to Earth to seek vengeance on the bank manager who had refused him a loan to purchase medical equipment. However, on the journey back to Earth, Marvel Boy's spaceship passed through the tail of comet. Exposed to an unknown form of radiation, the ship slowed to below light speed. The radiation also caused Marvel Boy to fall into a state of suspended animation, and it took decades for the ship to reach Earth.
The Yellow Claw (M), a Chinese biochemist who had developed an elixir that extended his life span, and who was also hungry for world power, made an agreement with Chinese communist leaders in which he would retain his holdings if he tried to undermine and destroy Western democracies on behalf of Communist China. The Yellow Claw launched a number of plans to conquer the United States, but was constantly opposed and thwarted by Federal Bureau of Investigations agent James "Jimmy" Woo, and the Yellow Claw's own niece Suwan.
Nick Fury aided French intelligence as a spy in Vietnam, actions which helped him earn the rank of Colonel. His spy work helped him get a position in the Central Intelligence Agency and he quickly rose to be a top operative.
[Oct 13] Pressed by a Congressional Committee to reveal their identities, the JSA members disband the group and retire. Almost all other still-active costumed heroes follow suit.
In the JSA’s wake, President Truman creates the covert Task Force X (DC), which includes the domestic group Argent and a revived, international Suicide Squad. The Squad is headed by Rick Flag, Sr. [see 1942, 1961]. Argent is headed by Control, formerly of the OSS [see 1941].
[Oct 28-30] Captain Comet (Adam Blake) (DC) debuts, a mutant with physical and mental skills evolved 100,000 years beyond ordinary humanity. He's the first public mutant superhero.
1952 Dinah Drake (the former Black Canary) marries her partner-in-detection Larry Lance. They open a private detective agency together.
A.D. 1953 During the Korean War an American history teacher, who was obsessed with hero worship for the original Captain America (whom he correctly believed had disappeared before the end of World War II,) discovered the formula to the Super-Soldier serum in a Nazi spy's notebook. Going to the American government he offered to become the next Captain America in exchange for the serum. The government agreed, hoping to have a patriotic symbol to fight in the Korean War. This man learned the original Captain America's true identity, and wanted to convince people that he was the original. However shortly after he underwent plastic surgery to resemble the original Captain America, the project was cancelled with the end of the Korean War.
Steve Rogers, as the history teacher was now legally know, started teaching at Lee School. There he met Jack Monroe, a teenager who shared his obsession with Captain America and Bucky. The two became friends and Monroe acquired Captain America and Bucky costumes for them.
A Communist leader of an Algeria, Africa based spy ring, wishing to inspire fear in his enemies, assumed the costumed identity of the original Red Skull. One of his first acts of terrorism was to hold hostage a number of foreign delegates at the United Nations building in New York. When a news report announced the return of the Red Skull, Rogers and Monroe decided to take the Super-Soldier serum. However because they did not undergo the same "vita-ray" treatment that the original Steve Rogers had undergone the serum had a detrimental effect upon their sanity. Donning the costumes, the pair went after the new Red Skull and defeated him. The two then became active crime fighters, mainly concentrating on foes of America such as communist spies.
Their sanities on the verge of mental breakdown, Captain America IV and Bucky III started attacking not only suspected communist sympathizers but also African Americans and anyone else they considered not to be "pure blooded" Americans. The Federal Bureau of Investigations learned of their illegal attacks upon innocent people and arrested and confined the two. They both refused to undergo psychiatric treatment, and were both held and placed in suspended animation.
[Oct 30] The Spectre becomes trapped in the resurrected body of Jim Corrigan. The ageless Corrigan becomes a detective captain on the Gateway City police force.
Mid A.D. 1950s Venus, Olympian goddess of love and beauty, decided that the mortal world was in need of her abilities. Olympian leader Zeus forbid her from interfering in mortal concerns, but Venus disobeyed his edict. In anger, Zeus removed Venus' god-like traits and exiled her from Olympus. With only her powers of love left to her, Venus became an adventurer. Forced to live among mortals, Venus eventually established a human identity of Victoria N. Starr. Living in America, Venus eventually attended university and received a Master of Arts degree in humanities.
Herbert Wyndham used his invention, a genetic accelerator, to transform animals into humanoids. Wyndham discovered that these New Men (M), as he named them, were intelligent and able to learn.
Sensing Jonathan Drew's troubled thoughts about Wundagore Mountain, the astral form of Magnus (M), the 6th century mage who had helped imprison the Elder God Chthon beneath the mountain centuries before, possessed Drew and journeyed back to the nation of Transia. There Magnus aided Wyndham, who had dubbed himself the High Evolutionary (M), in the training of his New Men in ancient medieval chivalry. The Knights of Wundagore (M), as they were named by their masters, began a long process of training.
1954 Costumed heroes begin to appear overseas. Percy Sheldrake, the Earl of Wordenshire and formerly Squire to the Shining Knight (see 1940), becomes the Knight, with his son Cyril as the new Squire. The Wingman protects Sweden; the Gaucho is based in Argentina; the Ranger roves through Australia; the Legionary patrols Italy; and France has the Musketeer (all DC). This the “Club of Heroes” were inspired by the Liberty Legion.
A.D. 1955 The radiation which the Human Torch had absorbed from a bomb was causing him to lose control over his flaming ability. Realizing that he was probably dying, the Torch said went to the American desert. There the android attempted suicide by overloading his solar cells in a single powerful burst. However the Human Torch was not destroyed but rendered comatose and his inert and insensitive body fell to the desert floor.
[Apr 24] J’onn J’onzz of Mars (see 1715) is accidentally teleported across time and space to Earth by Dr. Saul Erdel, who apparently dies when his equipment explodes. Disoriented, the Martian Manhunter begins invisibly following in the footsteps of Denver police detective John Jones, from whom he learns telepathically about humanity.
1956 When Det. John Jones is killed in the midst of a case, the shape-changing J’onn J’onzz assumes his identity to finish the job and see justice done.
1957 [Mar 25] The U.N. creates the Dome, an international headquarters through which Dr. Mist coordinates the new Global Guardians. (DC)
Max Mercury reappears (see 1948), and begins operating as “Blue Streak.” (DC)
1958 The original Challengers of the Unknown (DC) are active—Rocky Davis, Prof Haley, Ace Morgan, and Red Ryan, adventurers “living on borrowed time”.
Late A.D. 1950s
Paychic Paul Destine, using his increased powers given to him by the Serpent Crown, and now calling himself Destiny (M), sensed the presence of the city of Thakorr off the coast of Antarctica. Destiny triggered a number of undersea earthquakes. Prince Namor journeyed to the surface to investigate the causes of the earthquakes and confronted Destiny but was defeated by him. Destiny rendered Namor amnesiac and commanded him to fly to New York city.
The surviving Atlanteans decided to emigrate from the destroyed city of Thakorr and resettle in the ruined city of Atlantis. However the location of their former home was lost to them and they spent decades roaming the sea looking for its location.
For the next few decades Namor wandered the surface world with none of his memories, living as a derelict.
I have a weird question about the history timeline of this RP.
See, the thing is, Superman fights corruption and saves lives in the real world as well. For example, he made the KKK into a laughing stock in real life which weakened them a lot, prevented their attempted post-war revival, and probably really helped race relations.
So, uh, yeah. Since Superman just got started are they still running strong? If not, how did they fall? How was the Civil Right's movement impacted by this?

Tv Tropes Powers. Activate!!!!!Alright, I've settled on a Jump City character: Faiza Hussain, also known as Excalibur. What I need to know is:
Is it fine to have MI-13 with their tactic of "just employ as many supers as possible" active but also with DC's (frankly ridiculous but sometimes cool) crop added in?
Is there anything related to the UK I should allude to (or anything that hasn't definitely happened but that people would like to establish)?
Has the sword Excalibur or the wizard Merlin got a definite identity in this universe yet?
![]()
Well, since there were actual real life superheroes, its easy to assume they had a hand in taking down the KKK as a legitimate establishment. Particularly Dr. Fate, who saw the group as order disrupting rabble rousers, and the Spectre.

DAMMIT MARK, STOP HITTING HELPY!!In the comics, there have been a few KKK villains, such as DC's "Real American". He got his ass handed to him by the All-Star Squadron, especially with help from their own African-American member, Amazing-Man. I'm not too sure on the Marvel side but I suspect Black heroes like The Blue Marvel and Black Panther encountered them as well. (The Hate-Monger -you know, Hitler's clone?- also resembles a KKK member, that's probably no coincidence.)

Ok, gang, this is where things start to get tricky. Since many heroes who are still active debuted around this time (Like the second Flash or the Fantastic Four) they have to be retconned out from their original publication dates and placed in the present. Which requires a careful analysis of who stays on his or her own era- mostly those characters who don't age (like Martian Manhunter.)
The 20th Century Part V: The 60's
1961 [Winter] The Challengers of the Unknown travel into space, saving humanity from an alien race seeking to judge its worth. America’s first offical manned space shot (Alan Shepard, in Mercury III, on May 5) is described as still months away.
Rick Flag, Sr., dies fighting the War Wheel (M), and Task Force X (see 1951) officially disbands. Argent continues to operate.
Congress passes the Keene Act, delineating the parameters of official authority over superhuman activities. The details of the law are unknown, but we may at least surmise that it lifts the unofficial proscription on concealed identities dating back to 1951.
Early A.D. 1960s Victor Creed (Sabertooth, M) was working for a top secret Central Intelligence Agency covert operations team. Creed was assigned to East Berlin to assassinate a scientist who possessed information that worried his superiors and to bring back a fellow spy. Creed arrived to find that the spy, Leni Zauber, had killed the scientist herself. The two fled from East Germany. Creed and Zauber then began an affair. In actuality Leni Zauber was a shape-changing mutant named Raven Darkholme (Mystique, M), who had taken the form of Zauber. The mutant arranged for the death of the real Zauber. Darkholme had never told Creed that she was not the true Leni Zauber, and did not inform him that she was still alive. Creed, believing that his lover was dead, returned to his unit and teammates Logan, Wraith, and Maverick (all M). Nine months later Darkholme gave birth in America to a son, Graydon Creed. The shape-shifter had no interest in raising a child and treated him coldly, rarely seeing or visiting him as he grew up.
1963 Max Mercury and Johnny Quick (DC) battle the power-hungry speedster Savitar (DC), who taps into the Speed Force, bouncing himself and Max forward in time.
[Nov] Following the Kennedy assassination, Argent goes underground. Andre of the Blackhawks dies as a result of discovering the assassination conspiracy; Blackhawk spends the next five years tracking down the responsible parties to avenge him.
1964 Will (Amazing-Man) Everett solves the murder of his nephew and two other civil rights workers in Mississippi. In the years that follow, he refocuses his own energies on the movement for racial justice, becoming a noted leader. Although no names are used it seems clearly to be a reference to the Chaney/Schwerner/Goodman murders of this year’s "Freedom Summer.”
Mid A.D. 1960s News reporter J. Jonah Jameson bought the New York newspaper "The Daily Bugle" and appointed himself publisher and editor-in-chief.
1965 The Spectre is freed from years of mystic entrapment (see 1953).
A.D. 1968 Colonel Nick Fury underwent training with the United States Green Beret Special Forces.
J. Jonah Jameson purchased the Goodman Building on 39th Street and Second Avenue, New York. Renaming it the Daily Bugle building, Jameson moved his entire editorial and publishing facilities there.
1968 [Apr 4] Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. is assassinated in Memphis. Amazing-Man hunts down and apprehends the gunman, James Earl Ray.
Late A.D. 1960s Using his mental abilities, the Inhuman Maximus caused three Alpha Primitives to gain near-human intelligence. Maximus convinced the three to break into the Terrigen chamber and to expose themselves to the Terrigen Mists. The three Alpha Primitives were transformed into the Trikon, energy beings of tremendous destructive power. The Alpha Primitives freed Maximus from his imprisonment, while the Trikon caused destruction and havoc throughout the city.
While members of the Royal Family fought off the Alpha Primitives, Medusa, cousin and betrothed to Black Bolt, realized that the Trikon were the true enemy and attacked them in her sky-sled. When her aircraft crashed far outside the city Medusa was stricken with amnesia. Black Bolt and the Inhuman dog Lockjaw managed to drive the Trikon through a dimensional portal into the anti-matter universe known as the Negative Zone. Maximus and his soldiers managed to kidnap members of the Royal Family and other prominent members of Attilan society and held them hostage. Black Bolt decided to give in to his brother's wishes and renounced the throne and crowned Maximus as king of the Inhumans. Driven into exile, Black Bolt and his loyal cousins in the Royal Family decided to seek out and find their cousin Medusa.
Medusa wandered through Asia to Europe, stealing to survive. After years of wandering Medusa finally arrived in Paris, France, where she was taken in by the thief Paul Dumas. Dumas, seeing the potential for wealth that Medusa offered, trained her in the art of pick-pocketing and safe cracking.
1969 [Jul 20] Apollo 11 lands on the Moon. This is recognized as the first non-metahuman voyage off Earth.
[Aug 15-17] Rā’s al Ghūl meets and woos Talia’s mother-to-be, Melisande, at the Woodstock Music Festival in upstate New York.
...And that's it for now, folks. I need to do a LOT of fact-checking for the next segments due to the Comic-Book Time problem I mentioned above. But the Timeline will be baaaack!

Can't wait to see when our characters start showing up there.
I'm gonna guess yes, but that might end up with a SHIELD vs MI-13 rivalry.
Actually... that sounds interesting.
pls no
seriously we planned this back in, like, February

Atli attacked as soon as the truck arrived at... wherever it is that they are holding Flash in.
He also might have shown up when the Renegades rescued us, I don't recall right now.
