And there I did it. Again I made the hella long post. Ridiculous, especially when you take into account that I was berating this style of roleplaying earlier on. I just couldn't help myself. I really wanted to tie it all together and get Ori to a proactive place in the story.
I know what makes them tick...Shu...SHUT UP, DORK! I didn't mean to make it so long; it was just hella tricky to get Orianna from a place where she doesn't care about this conflict to one where she does. I wanted to give her some character development right off the bat as well. Some idea of where she can grow as a person.
And.. ok so it was a tad self indulgent?
But come on Aela, let's see some of your patented long winded posts! So I don't feel as bad about myself for being a blowhard. You know how misery needs company? or something... ;_;

I know what makes them tick...What, no "Scumbag Blue", Aela?
Shine hasn't been using that enough, clearly.
By the way Blue, I figured my more even-handed-sounding headline would be how the Demacians would report on it. I figure the Piltover papers would just be >:-(, like what Ice wrote.
But I otherwise enjoyed what you did about Orianna quite thoroughly.

I've grown attached to my post with Orianna. I guess we'll just say that takes place a short while into the future? Or that she was just absent. Derp.
And I don't think you'll be getting Vuther to abandon Ketchup guzzling Pikachu, he's had it for how long?

I know what makes them tick...I think it's fine to RP something that isn't taking place immediately in the room where the announcement was made. Both Kooriken and I did likewise. All that matters is the reaction, really, and I personally couldn't get the reaction I wanted by having Rumble in a stuffy room with everyone else (how do I even justify his having Tristy with him there?).
Besides, if I did do it that way, I'm afraid it'd play out too much like what Wiggly's doing. We don't need two scrappy yordles arguing with everyone.
The cow eats Fruit Loops at midnight. So we are sort of just waiting on Ice to make a post, yeah? Everything seems to be halted right now, everyone expecting a bit of prodding towards a direction. I imagine that that would be the official teams for this conflict being designated. I have also noticed that A LOT of us are pro-Noxus on this conflict. I don't have the numbers in my brain, but it might be over 6. Vuther is the only one pro-Demacia in this. I think.
I know what makes them tick...That's pretty much what I'm doing.
I got no idea for real direction. I probably should have been so bold to turn my character into a champion, then it'd be easy to put me into the main plot.
Also, you're all a bunch of hipsters Rooting for the Empire (I know it's not that simple, don't worry).

I naturally feel untrustworthy towards those that would describe themselves as "good" or "righteous" or "noble." So I end up Rooting for the Empire a lot of the time.
I know what makes them tick...Yes. But Demacia is ruled by a monarchy, correct? So their idea of "good" is dictated by whoever was born into power. Noxus is essentially a meritocracy so "good" is decided by the smartest, the most cutthroat, the most ambitious. They worked for their power, and I trust their direction more than I trust some ponce who was given the throne based on whose vagina he popped out of.
Obviously we all know Noxus is evil, but you know what I mean.
I know what makes them tick...or the one with the strongest sword arm
noxus also frowns upon such concepts as charity and mercy
i prefer to put my trust in the people's man
