Wouldn't Xavier make more sense as Dr. Scott? He is in a wheelchair, after all.
We can throw in Wolverine as the Criminologist. He has to pop up everywhere anyway.
X-Men X-Pert, my blog where I talk about X-Men comics.

But this is the original X-Men, when Wolverine hadn't arrived yet. Anyway, here's the sequel: Rocky Horror starring the newer X-Men:
Brad: Colossus; Janet: Kitty Pryde; Frank N. Furter: Nightcrawler; The Criminologist: Storm; Riff Raff: Gambit; Magenta: Rogue; Columbia: Psylocke; Rocky Horror: Longshot; Biker Eddie: Wolverine; Dr. Scott: Forge.

I know. I'm just saying that Wolverine is fucking everywhere, so he may as well be the Criminologist. Who wasn't technically a part of the Rocky Horror story anyway.

Okay, it hasn't happened yet, but I can dream, right? In the meantime, imagine The Rocky Horror Picture Show recast with the characters from various superhero comics. Let's start with...
The X-Men (Original team):
Brad: Scott Summers; Janet: Jean Grey; Frank N. Furter: Magneto; The Criminologist: Professor X; Riff Raff: Havok; Magenta: Polaris; Columbia: Iceman; Rocky Horror: Angel; Biker Eddie: Beast; Dr. Scott: Any ideas?
Rocky Horror starring...The Green Lantern Corps
Brad: Hal Jordan; Janet: Carol Ferris; Frank N. Furter: John Stewart; The Criminologist: One of the Guardians; Riff Raff: Kyle Rayner; Magenta: Soranik Natu; Columbia: Arisa; Rocky Horror: Guy Gardner; Biker Eddie: Kilowog; Dr. Scott: Sodam Yat
The role of the planet Transylvania would be played by Mogo, of course.
