Okay, this one actually qualifies as per 'verse regulations. However... he needs some nerfing. Newer Servants tend to be less powerful because, as with Noble Phantasms themselves, the older something is the more powerful it is. Compare Jack the Ripper to Gilgamesh or Heracles, and you'll see what I mean. Power increases with age, and Teddy is the youngest Servant I've seen so far (not counting EMIYA, because he comes from the future, and his stats are pretty shit too).

For stats, Ragna and I recommend C, D, D, D, and E. However, if you don't like this, feel free to come up with your own revised set. Just be reasonable.

We'd also like you to get rid of Apocalyptic Horseman, just because of the C-Rank Servant bit. Replace that with Prana Burst Rank D, and you should be able to apply the same effect to motorcycles and horses as the C-Rank NP bit. Just... the Servant bit was a bit overkill.

Finally... no Big Stick. It seems very similar to Charisma in effect, and brainwashing people... is an RP no-no. Sorry, but this is a long-standing rule. Along with time manipulation and telepathy, mind control is a power any responsible GM just doesn't allow, at least not usually.

Fix this stuff and you're good to go.

Okay, so I reduced the stats, revised Apocalyptic Horseman's rules so that they're just imbued with Prana, and changed Big Stick into a buff that actually encourages him to use Big Stick Diplomacy.

And actually, those stats don't seem so bad when you consider that, according to the wiki, he is now thirty times stronger than a normal human ever could be.

Let me look at the free Servants and I'll see if I can bring in another Master, if you guys want.

• Appearance: "I'll beat any man in this room in sixty seconds." (her before her Start of Darkness)
• Personality: It's evident from the get-go that Jackie has more than a few screws loose. She's got the mentality of an immature teenager, and acts like one too, practically making herself out to be a walking fountain of one-liners and pop-culture references. She hates rules and discipline, which is ironic considering her background in martial arts, but above all, one thing sets Jackie apart as strange. She enjoys hurting people. As in, a lot. To call Jackie sadistic would be implying restraint, which would in turn be implying most of the people on the receiving end of her wrath live to tell about it. If Jackie doesn't like you, she kills you. If she thinks killing you would be fun, she kills you. If someone tells her to, she kills you. She has no restraint, and no compunctions about brutally maiming and murdering innocents and combatants alike, apparently having skipped right out on the "discipline" part of martial arts.
• Abilities: Jackie is a prodigal master of a rare school of martial arts, one which her father was one of the last practitioners of. It isn't exactly a style unto itself, per se, but rather involves the teaching of twelve separate styles of fighting, each named after the Chinese zodiac. Many of the styles are borrowed or based off of other styles of fighting, and it is only the combining of the twelve into one fighter that sets this school apart, as the usage and random interchanging of twelve different styles makes the fighter hard to predict or counter. As it stands, Jackie only knows three of the twelve styles*
  Which is in and of itself an accomplishment, as she mastered all three in the ten years before she went to prison
  , but possesses a fourth style of her own based on a modified version of one of the twelve. They are:
  • Snake: A fighting style which uses a confusing set of flaccid, whip-like movements to disorient the enemy. What it lacks in power, it makes up for in maneuverability and obfuscation, as it relies primarily on loosening the body, making attacks harder to predict and dodging and countering much easier. Attacks in this style primarily consist of light punches, rising and falling kicks, and spinning/sweep kicks.
  • Ox: A style which relies on a strong stance and minimal movement to deliver hard-hitting blows to the enemy. This style lacks in the maneuverability of Snake, and is comparatively less aggressive, relying on strong attacks with short range delivered from a rooted stance, like palm and elbow thrusts, and counter techniques, like various holds and grapples. Attacks in this style primarily consist of palm and elbow thrusts, and make heavy use of the knees and elbow, as well as the palm and ball of the foot.
  • Hare Mk.1: A style reminiscent of kickboxing which ignores the fists in favor of focusing on delivering swift, powerful kicks in rapid succession. This style lacks in variety compared to the other two, but hits hard and fast, and can land multiple hits in rapid succession when pinning and enemy.
  • Hare Mk.2: A modified version of Hare Mk.1 which trades the usage of the feet and applies a similar philosophy to the fists, focusing on swift jabs and powerful punches, similar to boxing. Like the Hare Mk.1, this style's strengths lie in its speed and rapid fire capabilities.

Jackie's main strength though, aside from her knowledge of martial arts, is her Origin, which was awakened thanks to some strange man and some rather suspicious drugs. Her Origin is Body, and it makes her most in-tune with her existence as a physical being. Her strength, speed, and endurance are constantly treated as reinforced, making her physical abilities far beyond superhuman by the standards of normal people. In addition, she possesses a strong immune system, and a body which can filter out foreign substances like poisons and drugs with relative ease and little damage. She can even control her vital functions to a limited extent, consciously slowing the beating of her heart or lowering her breathing, even turning off her sense of pain. Jackie also possesses a mild healing factor which can heal various cuts, scrapes, and stab wounds much quicker than a normal human being, although this regenerative ability is incapable of healing things like severed digits and appendages. As a trade-off for all these advantages, Jackie feels physical urges far more intensely than normal people, meaning she gets very hungry very easily, and is quickly overcome by intense emotion and lust.

• Assets: None. No magical weapons or bases, not even a wallet. But she's a skilled killer and a master Mac Gyver, perfectly capable of adapting on the fly and using what's available to her.

Rather than simply functioning as tome of spells and curses, the book itself is a "monster" that functions as a prana core possessing it's own enormous prana furnaces completely independent of its wielder's prana. It can either be read from as regular tome for minor spells, such as summoning a single demon with "Cthulhu fhtagn", or it can be completely commanded by the user, causing the pages to rapidly flip by themselves, as the tome provides the necessary incantations and its own independent power to conduct the summoning spells.

• Personality: Loud, cocky, hotheaded and a bit of a dick. Seems to be always pissed. He's always looking for a fight, and is quite foul mouthed as well. Despite all that, he's a decent enough guy, with a particular soft spot for cute things. Like kittens. Incredibly easy to troll.
• Abilities: Is a magus, oddly enough. Specializes in fire magic. And beating people to a bloody pulp with his reinforced body. Also: That sword.
  • Mystic Code: Carnage Scissors: The hunk of steel he calls a sword. It's a brutal weapon, which inflicts wounds that won't stop bleeding. It's a property of the sword itself, and the curse effect may be cured by a sufficiently skilled magus.
• Bio: Copy paste generic magus backstory. Except that Eddie has always been a problem to his parents, always getting into trouble, disrespecting the rules, generally being a dick. His parents would have given him up for adoption years ago, but as he was the only heir, and he was actually a decent magus, they kept him around. When the War started, the parents being Akasha-obssessed magi, made him join in. Eddie's just happy he can fight people.
• Assets: Parent's admittedly mediocre wealth. And lots of attitude.
