More details on the Jimoto anime. It's planned for April, the same season as Kimetsu no Yaiba. I can only think there is some kind of state of prefectoral sponsorship to explain it.
I've read Chainsawman but only skimmed through Neø:lation and Higuma. Funnily enough, Neø also has a protagonist deep in debt just like Chainsawman. Outside of that, neither Neø nor Higuma made a particularly strong impact on me. It seems likely that only one of the three will survive, since they're all more or less in the same genre.

Flippé de participer à ce grand souper, je veux juste m'occuper de taper mon propre tempo.I have to imagine that Jimoto is shorts
I see. How long do you think that will take?
Chainsaw Man has a lot of potential, I'll agree on that. An interesting protagonist, though I'm not quite sure how I feel about him. There's not really a straight up good guy so far, which is pretty interesting.
Neø:lation, I'm less certain on - not sure I really like the protagonist, and the latest chapter feels we're going into rather silly territory.
I'm actually kind of into Higuma? At least, I like the female protagonist - she feels a bit rough around the edges in a way a lot of other characters in her role aren't, at least to me. Mind you, it does feel like the most typical of the genre, so it probably will need to find a way to stand out if it hopes to last. Still, I'd like for it to get a chance to show what it can do.

Oh God! Natural light!I haven’t read Neo & Higuma, mind providing me a summary about them please?
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Neo - former delinquent who lives with his sister (their parents having passed away) with very little money is saved from being scammed by some never-do-wells by a dude with l33t hacking skillz (the titular Mr. Anderson Neo). They sort of start working together after that, with a somewhat broad plan to bring down bullies, which according to the summary, will have them take over the criminal underworld.
Higuma - the titular Higuma is a Hell's Warden - a dude with supernatural powers charged with sending escaped demons back to Hell. We're introduced to him through the eyes of a girl whose family he helps free from demons - she was essentially compelled into kleptomania by a minor demon that was possessing her, while her older brother was possessed by a more powerful demon that was dominating the rest of the family through violence.
So yeah, that's two demon hunting manga, though to be fair, they're fairly different from one another. Still, the similarity will probably mean that they'll be competing with each other, and Chainsaw Man has a head start, so who knows?

Oh God! Natural light!Huh interesting especially one about hacking apparently.
Wasn’t one of them a retool?
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie.">Wakes up
>Sees Jimoutou Ga Japan getting an anime despite not being scanlated in west...
Wat? Did I just take a sleeping pill... That seems fast. Anyways, this feels like Murder Princess which got an anime earlier... Inb 4 itll be OV As but I could be wrong.
Also, of all 3 mangas... I havent seen ne0 or Gokutei. But Chainsaw is pretty great that I wish itll survive in a brutal competition of Jump so yeah... Heck, I even want to recommend some people who are a fan of Goblin Slayer on reading this

Flippé de participer à ce grand souper, je veux juste m'occuper de taper mon propre tempo.Nice... JJK is still on the rocks. And I think it's understandable why David, Jimouto, ne0 and Gokutei hasn't been on ranks yet. Also, I honestly wonder why JGJ got the anime first even though the manga hasn't been scanlated yet and its still new on its inception. Who knews it might be axed from Shonen Jump or the other way around
"Making screw-ups and mistakes was I ever really good at. Because everything I touch went to hell."I’m gonna go with it’s a boardroom based creation.
It was always planned to be getting a manga as stated by the execs & shit.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Apparently Kishimoto will be making a comeback in a few months. Sci-fi samurai instead of fantasy ninja this time
Possibly going to take dibs on that because why not :P
"Making screw-ups and mistakes was I ever really good at. Because everything I touch went to hell."Oh, so he's only doing the story, not the art? The few pics shown look a hell of a lot like his artstyle though…
Flippé de participer à ce grand souper, je veux juste m'occuper de taper mon propre tempo.Ookubo is probably a former assistant of Kishimoto's. And I wouldn't be surprised if Kishimoto is still doing the character designs
Probably… seems like Kishimoto wants to stop his former assistants from becoming competitors.
By the way, I blundered when I wrote this week's TOC; The Promised Neverland is in first place, so all the others are one place behind.
Also, Tamura Ryuuhei will be back next issue with a new one-shot. Hopefully he has learned from Hungry Marie (and if his comments in the last volume are any indication, he has).

Flippé de participer à ce grand souper, je veux juste m'occuper de taper mon propre tempo.Kishi's new manga certainly looks interesting & I can understand why he's not drawing it. Drawing Naruto for so long fucking killed his hands so its a good idea to partner with someone.
I like sci-fi, robots and cyborgs and shit are cool so hopefully this has a lot of that.
I curious, what was there to learn exactly?
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."According to Tamura, he hadn't thought things through and the story rapidly started going all over the place, to the point he had to have the characters lampshade it in the gags. And I can't exactly say he's wrong. The lack of focus was obvious in the third volume especially.
Flippé de participer à ce grand souper, je veux juste m'occuper de taper mon propre tempo.Yeah, basically he kept on drastically switching up the premise so that the whole thing became very confused and muddled. He should have just decided on a strong one to start and stuck with it.

Kishimoto has been talking about a sci-fi manga since Naruto ended four years ago. I guess he's been planning the story out so that he didn't write himself into a corner again like with Madara.
@Animeking Wait... You have a link regarding that?
"Making screw-ups and mistakes was I ever really good at. Because everything I touch went to hell."@Elfen Lied Fan the above article mentions it (though I was off by a year).
Right... I mean the thing that Kishimoto said he wants to make a sci-fi manga four years ago actually.
"Making screw-ups and mistakes was I ever really good at. Because everything I touch went to hell."He's been wanting to make a scifi manga since he started creating manga in general.
Akira is one of his all time favorite series, after all.
Watch Symphogear@Elfen Lied Fan I know. The article above mentions it.
Just started subscribing via the app - there's a bunch of series here I'm interested in reading (though for a few of them, I might wait until the anime versions have aired).
Anyway, I believe three new series debuted this month? What do you guys think of them?
Oh God! Natural light!
