I've noticed the constant slowdown (and failed revival attempts) of this RP. I am sorry in advance if any part of the following rant offends you. Expect some complaints. I can think of a possible cause of this loss of interest.
First, there are not enough information for the setting. The players are basically told a brief history and the fact that they're in an academy that teaches you superpowers to fight creatures emerging from Gate of The Lords. From that summary you posted on the RP thread's first post, any casual person will assume the setting is a medieval one, while you said it happened at modern times. This disconnect in narrative, in my opinion, turned people off from the RP.
The roleplayers have no idea who are they fighting for, what city they're at, or what is the world's situation. Just giving out several names can actually help a lot. You can see Vann's conversation with Greg and Billie, where they refer to locations with "West", "East", "South" with barely any knowledge of it.
All in all, the premise has a ton of potential; you just need to establish the setting more.
Don't worry too much, I'll be faithful till' the end

Definitely not offended. I found that advice very helpful, and the post came across as constructive criticism, not a complaint about the RP.
I agree that my opening post was not nearly clear enough. I figured that someone would ask questions about the parts of the setting I didn't mention, and that I'd answer them as they came in instead of making a gigantic opening post.
I should probably go ahead and explain about the details you mentioned in the third paragraph. Orbkeepers have varying motives for fighting demons, from the excitement of it to their own survival to just plain heroics. The city they're in is one that doesn't actually exist, starting out as a refugee camp after a magical mishap and growing into one as more and more people came to it and their needs grew. It's in France, and is named Craego after the wizard who created the mishap in the first place. As for the worlds situation, Laws are usually much stricter, war is much more common in some places due to the lack of resources that has been the case for a long time while in other places it has become less common due to the low number of people willing to fight after all that destruction, islands like Hawaii have thrived due to the massive number of people who once fled there but have now become incredibly overcrowded after all this time, cities have become more frequent and towns less so, and a few places have completely unravelled and never really reformed, becoming lawless lands full of war, needless death, and crime of every form.
I should probably explain about some places in particular. Japan is somewhat chaotic after a lot of people fled there, China and America have become ridiculously strict, France and some other places such as Australia have grown and progressed without being really changed, England has suffered from there being too few people there for a good while and shrunk, Germany has become more of a wilderness after they figured out that demons usually found people through seeing towns or cities, Russia has become more powerful and become a major influence for other places, the people of Canada have began dividing so that cities and towns became smaller and houses more likely to be on their own, and Latin America has suffered under inefficient but strict laws causing both anarchy and draconian laws to cause problems for the people living there. Those are the most major changes, though they aren't too extreme in most cases (some exceptions being China, Germany and America).
If you think there isn't enough information about something in particular about the world, please ask about it. I agree that I haven't given enough information, but I can't think of everything that people will need to know.
Thank you for your advice, Limit Removal. I appreciate it.
@Speedchesser: I probably should have asked this a while ago, but how much better than normal people are our characters at our specialties? For example, would the people who chose agility be able to literally dance circles around weaker enemies, or would it just make them better at parkour?
@Rockonman: This is just my own little peeve, so I'm sorry about this, but could you change your description of your transformed appearance? The wording just makes it sound like transforming would be an Instant Win Button for him (yes, I realize he's a graduate, but he wouldn't be that much better than the others if he isn't a Master).

I think knowing there is a dying man in the room spurred most of us to action. Not to mention I also think most of us are itching to get to some demon hunting action (though that may just be me).
I, for one, welcome our new Basketball Z overlords. All hail The Generation of Miracles! (Aomine is the best though)The demon... ended up being weaker than what I had expected.
Of course, I understand that we can't have high-level spells thrown like pies in the firstt fight of the RP, but it seemed underwhelming.
Well... it is being beaten up by 3-4 orbkeepers at once...

While, Phoebus was jumping at the demon as far as I understood it, while it was being attacked from behind by Carwyn. What it did was let the attack by Carwyn push it forwards, then used the momentum to roll underneath the airborne Phoebus in the hopes that the two will smash into each other. After that, it cast a spell to destroy the floor in a nearby place so as to create a dust cloud to make sight difficult.
If I misunderstood what Phoebus was doing, let me know and I'll edit the post.
It's rather refreshing for me, personally, to play a character who is mostly support. In most game like Dungeons and Dragons I play the berserker or the warrior. With that said, that fight didn't even have every character going all out, I'd wager we could do some serious damage if we all truly unleashed our Orbs.

I sort of assumed that, because usually for a male that name's spelled with an 'ly' rather than an 'lie'.
Gave them our reactions, our explosions, all that was ours For graphs of passion and charts of stars...
