Wolfe

Very pleased by Dolph being stopped when a wall collapsed in front of him, Wolfe couldn't help but grin a bit and the nearest turn out of the alleyway and into another. They were in an area that had once been quite densely populated, it seems, as there were many alleyways crisscrossing between many now-rundown buildings. Or perhaps the siege-by-airships had just been particularly violent in this area, he didn't know, and didn't exactly have time to stop and make sure.

He took a sharp left, then a right and another left, hoping to loose his pursuer in the maze of side-streets and alleys while searching for an escape route. "Ha! It's just you and me now, kid!" He said, breathlessly, to his hapless captive as they turned another corner. Wolfe spotted a path back to the main road and sprinted for it, hoping he could find some kind of shelter that would hide him from his pursuer. Unfortunately for him, he found himself right back where he'd started... And face-to-face with someone he hadn't wanted to see again.

As soon as he'd ran out into the street, he'd recognized where he was, and had quickly looked over at the building he'd stashed Alisa in. He had been hoping she'd simply gotten up while he was away and left... Instead, he found her leaning again the door-frame for support, and she did not look happy to see him. "Oh, great." He muttered, under his breath. "Not you again..."

Alisa winced as she nudged herself off the door-frame and stood on her own two feet. Wolfe slowly raised an open hand towards her. "Now... Just wait a minute... This is all just a misunderstanding, I swear! I'm on your side!" He said, slowly backing away. Blood slowly dripping down her neck, and intense gaze watching him like a hawk, she took up a Firebending stand. "What is wrong with you?!" Wolfe said, increasingly apprehensive. He briefly let go of Haruki's arm. "I don't want to fight-!" But he never got to finish his statement. Alisa quickly thrust a hand out towards him, utilizing her mastery over lightning to very abruptly send a bolt hurtling towards him.

It was also a weak bolt, however, and it was decidedly off-centre, given her disorientation. In fact, the scorching bolt very narrowly missed Haruki's head. Nevertheless, it still managed to hit its target, and was powerful enough to knock Wolfe clean off his feet and out of consciousness, leaving Haruki unharmed but probably quite stunned. It also took its toll on Alisa, however, as she feel to her knees shortly after attacking. "Hey... Hey you, kid..." She said, her breath somewhat ragged. "Don't you even think about going anywhere... Sit down..."

Whether or not Alisa can back up her demands, especially given her weakened state, would be unknown to Haruki, but given that he was injured as well, defying her may be more of a risk than Haruki was willing to take. Lightning was not the most subtle element either, even with Alisa's level of skill, so there's a chance Dolph heard the scuffle, despite its brevity.

Not entirely dead.

Despite the change in events, he was still in a bad situation. Haruki stayed where he was as the fire militant demanded, knowing fully what they could do.
