- N.Gin: How do you expect to retrieve them if we don't have any earthbound operatives left?
- Cortex: You FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLL!!!!
Have you listened to the Japanese voice cast by the way?

So I know I recognize Coco's japanese voice from somewhere, but I don't know which magical girl it is.
So this is Crash Bandi-kun?
Is Crash still popular in Japan? Because they used to love him a lot
Uni catThey stopped distributing the Crash games during the Radical era, though we don't know whether that was down to lack of appeal or the humour being hard to translate. Either way N Sane Trilogy is getting a release a couple days from now.
I do wonder if they manage to rejuvenate Crash's career, that they could do a game that is a little bit more story driven. Or do you think that wouldn't fit Crash.
Twinsanity had more of a story. Titans while a bit lighter, also added a lot of characterisation (if not always in the way fans wanted).
I still wonder if they could incorporate the idea that the island used to be Lemuria. That would be a gold mine of stories to tell.
I wouldn't mind something in the style of Titans but more loyal to the original portrayal, which is a mostly straight forward story, but one that goes through most of the basic mythos, such as the main locations and a lot of the ambitions and personality traits of the main cast.
Ditch the talking head setup from the first games at least. It only goes so far.

I always wanted to learn about that big ass tree you see in one of the islands.
Mostly in the background.
Uni catWasn't that a level in Titans? I think it was Uka Uka's boss lair.

I wonder if that tree is a magical World Tree or something.
Some reading on the wiki indicates that apparently it's called the "Uka Tree" and is tied to Uka Uka in some way. It is a level in the Titans game and i never really realized it.
But when i played the first game, i always wondered what was that tree about. You also got glimpses of Cortex Castle and you eventually get there, but nothing for the tree.
Uni cat
Was it made to imprison Uka Uka, or something else entirely?
I'm not sure. Wasn't his prison in Warped just a temple thingy?
If it's not a prison, then what is it really.
A while back, the following listing was taken out of the N Sane Trilogy page:
- Take That!: One Idle Animation for Coco is her answering her smartphone, only for it to short circuit, start smoking, and ultimately explode. This is likely in reference to the Samsung Galaxy Note 7, a smartphone that's been recalled due to cases of it exploding.
How does it not count as an example? During the animation in question, Coco whips out a smartphone that explodes after use. It's obviously a specific jab at the Note 7's Obvious Beta-ness.
Besides, the reason behind the removal, that it's as much of a Take That! towards the Note 7 as Hero Klungo Sssavesss Teh World is a jab towards flash games, just doesn't hold water if you ask me. I always saw it as Stylistic Suck, and Self-Deprecation (being an example of a crappy video game as a minigame inside a video game), personally.
Doods, can you please answer?
I don't know either how it doesn't count.
Re-adding it then.
My main guess for why it was removed is that people are just assuming it's a reference, but there's nothing from the devs pegging it as a Take That! to that specific thing. The example itself even refers to it as "likely" an example.
I could see someone going "likely isn't good enough" and torpedoing it.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Based on what these blokes are saying, we might be getting a Spyro trilogy remaster eventually...
So do you have to get all gold relics for the extra gem in the Warp Room in order to unlock Crash 3's complete ending now? I've got all the other gems and nothing's been unlocked.
Speaking of Asian stereotypes, Cortex kind of looks like a Yellow Peril caricature in Wrath of Cortex due to the weirdly angular eyes that game gave him. I think casting Mako for the part would only have accentuated that.
