The button is not there if it's currently on the list to be reviewed.
A cooldown period isn't a wholly bad compromise, but I know I flagged some works that aren't episodic to get them out of the way, as non-porn, non-pedo works that nonetheless might be confused with that. Should I not bother?
The child is father to the man —OedipusI assume Mirai Nikki doesn't require any action, so mind if I put it on the resolved list? It's got three angels.
"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - FighteerYes, it's a definite keep.
edit: err, "yes" as in "I don't mind."

considering how slow things are today I figured I would post a review of Demonbane
note this is the English release by jast-usa
When are the sex scenes located? Are they spread out over the game? yes
How much gameplay is there between sex scenes? on average a lot
Are they only at the endings? no
How hard do you have to work to get an ending? Don't know its the only vn I have completed.
Are they in every ending? Every good ending? Its strange there was no sex after the last option in my play through(got standard good end).
Are the sex scenes optional via a choice in the menu? No, but there is an all ages version. Would the story make sense without them with minimal or no rewriting? yes see above.
Are the scenes made up of stills, or are they animated? Stills but with the occasional movie of demonbane launching/ performing its finishing move.
How explicit are the sex scenes? very
Considering one of the girls (Al-Azif aka the Necronomicon)looks very young I say oxy-clean the underwear and keep the all ages version and anime.

I think the 'only at the ending' question could probably be rephrased. What I think it's actually asking is 'Do sex scenes only occur after a specific relationship has been started' since at the actual ending they tend to be resolving things other than the romance.
Edit: Oh, wow, Tokyo Akazukin sounds simply charming. And I thought the stuff I tagged sounded bad.
edited 6th May '12 3:13:14 PM by Arha
The first sex scene involves the (male) main character getting raped by a spider women thing early on.
And Tokyo Akazukin I have read the first book its border line porn with extreme gore and a main character who looks ten the only redeeming thing it has going for is the the MC kills everyone she has sex with because they wont LITERALLY eat her. I say nuke from orbit.
I would not call it rape but the rest of that statement is way worse then that any how.
edited 6th May '12 3:34:33 PM by Shadis
Yeah, Tokyo Akazukin is a manga I happened upon a few years ago, unaware of the horror that awaited. It only takes a few pages to make it clear that it's basically a rape/gore fetish manga starring someone who looks like they're 10. I've already voted to cut.
Visit my contributor page to assist with the "I Like The Cheeses" project!Well, at least it isn't truly pedo-pandering, given that the pedophiles keep getting killed brutally after the act by their "victim" — unless it's pandering to an even worse subset of pedophiles who get off on Bloodier and Gorier Out with a Bang fantasies.

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus. No, it's blatant paedo-pandering. On-screen ten-year old explicit sex literally cannot be anything else. This is as clear as it gets. I'd put it on top of the "must-immediately-get-devil-heads" list.
"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - Fighteer...Even as a fan of said series...you might as well just nuke it and put it out of its misery, considering...well.
And, yeah. First pedophile in the story...shotgunned in the head. Not that it matters.

We Are Our Avatars Forever (Now on Discord by invitation, PM)Barring some form of precocious puberty, explicit ten-year old sex is definitively Nuke From Orbit (Or Devilhead From Orbit) stuff.
Not sure if we should discuss all the gory details here, tough
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanJudging by the potlink, I don't think Marq was serious about that. Yeah, it can go though.
"Pancakes. Oh, I blew it." - Joel Hodgson Nobody better lay a Butterfinger on my 3DS!@Lu: I'm just saying that your average pedophile would be more likely to get immediately turned off by the repetition of brutally gory after-sex murdering than to be able to continue enjoying the rest of the work — you, something like Fan Disservice. Not actually defending the work, though.
Pretty much.

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus. How would you know what your "average pedophile" would think of that? Dude, that's just not a good thing to say. It might make people ask questions.
"Did anybody invent this stuff on purpose?" - Phillip Marlowe on tequila, Finger Man by Raymond Chandler.Sounds more like a work for guro fetishests than anything-
-which, incidentally, ALSO is nuked from orbit. I mean, we do have a policy against fetishizing violence as well. So even if she wasn't 10...
I'm sure it was just "common sense" thinking, rather than actually knowing anyone in particular. I wouldn't be surprised if there's an overlap between fans of lolicon and guro, but that's neither here nor there.
edited 6th May '12 3:47:15 PM by TheyCallMeTomu
That's irrelevant, Martello. Point is, the work's uber-violent and hyper sexual (kind of why I like it in a Bile Fascination sorta way). Even though all the sex scenes with the 10-year old girl getting it on with creepy older men are never explicitly shown on-screen and are just on the level of "implied"...implying is bad enough by the standards of the new rules, I think.

We Are Our Avatars Forever (Now on Discord by invitation, PM)...are we reading the same manga, Raidou? Because it takes only ten pages to see an image of a paedophile having his way with the kid. You see it crystal-clear.

"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - FighteerThe rules ban Torture Porn. Which guro definitely is. I'd vote to cut on that basis alone.

Keeper of The Celestial FlameI'm probably mis-remembering it. It has been a while since I've read it.
Not that I'm bothering to defend it from getting nuked that hard anyways.
Just that I didn't remember that sort of sex scene being explicit, is all.
edited 6th May '12 3:52:10 PM by Raidouthe21st
We Are Our Avatars Forever (Now on Discord by invitation, PM)@Martello: Like Tomu said, common sense.
Which makes it technically "porn of some form that involves preteen/underaged/child characters as sexual partners", thus pretty much guaranteed to be cut.

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Just gonna throw my two cents in, but "...pedophiles keep getting killed brutally after the act by their "victim"" sounds to me like something else than pedo-pandering.
#IceBearForPresident...does you get to (squick spoilers) see her ten-year-old chest and a paedophile sucking her nipples sound like anything other than paedo-pandering? Because I'm lost as to what else that could be.

"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - Fighteer
...Also, does it disappear if it has been flagged, but no ruling has been made yet? It seems silly to have it still be there, if it's being reviewed...
