The Page is really vague as to what is from what, really. It seems to be troping both without a clear distinction.
If that's the case, the page needs to get cleaned regardless of how it goes.

"Grandmaster Combat, son!"

I think that was the case, as I swear I have seen this one before.
The work is described as being pretty heavy Ecchi, but a lot of the examples sound like they are waaaaaaay past Ecchi, like the aforementioned Dildo suits or the entry on the fridge page about Athena using clones to gangbang her own mother (a subsection to this entry also mentions the child villain scene again)...
Then again, a lot of these sound like they are from the outright hentai doujin (even explicitly referring to it as such at points), so perhaps cleaning up these references is what the page needs.
"Grandmaster Combat, son!"If the scene involving the child villains is only in the hentai spin-off, we could just limit the page to the main manga.
On an unrelated note, the report for NightmareFuel.Sonic the Hedgehog SatAM should be zapped. The listed reason is "Abusing my edits. SATAM actually sounds very similar to Satan, so please stop calling it SATAM", and it was reported by sonicfan2022, who got reported on ATT
for bad additions to that page and others.

I prodded the mods about that a while bck, they talked to sonicfan2022, but it's not clear if they can zap the report.
I remember reading Don't Meddle with my Daughter for the thread a year or so ago. It's ecchi, lots of weird plots, fanservice, and sex but the really hardcore stuff is in the spin-offs which I do think are canon. The page tropes a lot of events from the spin-off because major plot developments happen in them, but the main story in the manga is self-contained.
I've read the manga and seen the anime for both WATATEN!: an Angel Flew Down to Me and UzaMaid: Our Maid Is Way Too Annoying!, and I can offer some context on them.
Paradoxically, the author also put in some fairly explicit panels of the little girl bathing in the first chapter, but only the first chapter. I recall manga editors sometimes tell authors to put fanservice-y stuff in the first chapter to hook readers, so it might be editorially-mandated pedo-pandering, though the manga moved to a different magazine after that and I don't recall anything like that past the first chapter. It's been a while though, and not much of it is available in English. The offending panels were also heavily edited for the digital English release.

These have been discussed before, but I'm going to bring up both Daughter for Dessert and Double Homework.
They both seem fine on the surface, being both meticulously wicked and troped (although both have had almost all of their additive edits done by a single troper), but both also seem to contain a lot of porny or adult elements and are by the same studio.
It will probably take an examination to determine whether they're worth keeping or not.
There's also their cousin, Melody, not by the same studio, but heavily edited by the same troper as the prior two, which contains this tasteful little entry
"*Taste the Rainbow: The developers included sex scenes to appeal to a wide range of sexual appetites: teen sex, milf sex, masturbation, mutual masturbation, Asian girls, anal sex, oral sex, handjobs, boobjobs, lesbian sex, threesomes, foursomes, outdoor sex, creampies, roleplay, and even pegging are featured in different scenes."
"Grandmaster Combat, son!"
These all look like adult dating sims with romance and sexual content, not pure porn. The Taste the Rainbow entry could probably stand for some cleanup though.

If the entire Taste the Rainbow entry is not deleted, the mentions of having sex with teenage girls and Asian girls should.
CLUNK! (he died.)
There. I removed all the explicit parts and considerably shortened the entry down.
I was redirected to this thread to see if it would be fine to add a page for the BL gacha game Nu: Carnival. Sorry this is long, I tried to give as detailed of an explanation I could think of.
It's an H-game that's sexually explicit, but outside of the initial cutscene it takes a bit of effort to unlock the additional H-scenes including the ones in the main storyline since they're treated as a somewhat separate thing, I think. Main story-wise, H-scenes require the SSR of the specified character to be unlocked, and otherwise remain locked if the player doesn't have them. The story will still progress even if the H-scene isn't unlocked or read, making them seem like a sort of optional thing. There's also a grinding aspect, as it has a turn-based battle system that gets progressively harder with every chapter, requiring the players to level up before they can progress.
I'd say plot wise it falls under porn with plot as there seems to be more plot and grinding to the game than there are actual H-scenes. For example, there's only one H-scene per main story chapter and as mentioned above they're tied to a specific SSR unit and can be skipped over if the player doesn't have them. Outside of that there's 3 other H-scenes per character as of current, two for their SSR and one for their SR and they take a bit of effort to get to, since they require going through the tedious and time-consuming gifting/intimacy system (basically give gifts to unit until heart fills up and unlocks the story), story keys (which are rare), and/or star ascension if the player doesn't have story keys. I'd say these are less optional since they give the units an ATK boost but since they're harder to unlock, they probably are meant to be optional.
There are two shota-ish looking characters, one of them is older than he looks since he was created at the time the protagonist ancestors existed in, which was hundreds of years ago in the storyline. He's also a vampire. The other one, I'm not sure. None of the characters exact ages are listed in their profiles, but he has "man" in his profile and he was previously a wolf beast, so he could just be a short dude. He's also ripped, so maybe he's not a shota.
The game also has a stealth mode which mutes the game and censors everything. I think it goes beyond bleached underpants since you can't see anything with it on, not even the more covered up Live2d models.
I think that's all. I was looking at other examples in this thread as well as other H-game examples and I think that the game is tropeable beyond just the sexual aspects. It also doesn't seem that much more questionable than the H-games that have gotten their own pages, if at all.
First, please don't call someone a "shota."
Anyway, the question is whether the vampire dude (the werewolf doesn't sound problematic) is meant to look like a child. If it's "he was bitten when he was eleven but he's totally an adult now" then we usually ax a work like that. If he just looks short and cute because of the artstyle, it shouldn't be a problem.

As you've said, if the H-scenes are entirely optional and hard to reach, then the rest of the game can be safely troped. That being said, you may need to elaborate on "two characters", because if they appear young and have H-scenes, that would be a different big problem.
I agree that there is nothing about those images that immediately tells me that the characters in question are supposed to be underage, unless there are visual cues specific to that sort of media that the typical viewer wouldn't understand.

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Well, it's possible these characters are children but I can't tell from the look alone how old they are. It could be anything between 14 and 24 from what little I know on anime&manga character apparel.

The scene involving the child villains is sounding like it needs to be looked into.
(I'm not concerned about the rest of the material personally. I don't think an X-rated superhero parody qualifies as "pure porn.")
