There's still pedopandering issues brought up by another troper that have gone unaddressed.
That particular work probably requires in-depth discussion, as it's been said.
Also, where do we, exactly, draw the line at what is porn and not porn? Even if a work is censored, I'd argue that if the main point of it is that sick people jerk to it, it is effectively little more than porn. I know that P5 has previously cut works that were not necessarily explicit just because of the fact that they were little more than fetish pandering.

"I like girls, but now, it's about justice."The point of contention is less "is this meant to arouse people?" and more "is there a point besides arousing people, i.e. a story?" That plus the concerns of pedo shit.

I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe. In any case, thanks for reminding me to add that one to the report list.
"I like girls, but now, it's about justice."What Mewtron said. The p5 is meant to determine if there's more to the media than just porn (and further if there's underage material). A lot of material with explicit elements is troped on the site.
I'm sorry if this sounds condescending or mean but "sick people jerk to it" is not a good metric and it's not a good mindset to have when approaching this material.

Well, sick people ultimately jerk it to everything. What I actually said is that if the main point of a work is to cater to such people, then it most likely does not belong here.
"I like girls, but now, it's about justice."Depends on the situation. We list ecchi and H Games here that ultimately serve to arouse people, but have enough story elements to balance out the porn and thus can be troped without gushing about fanservice and stuff. Like, for one example I know, House Party is a porn game where the goal is ultimately to have sex with women, but those sex scenes are totally optional and take up a very small percentage of gameplay, and the story paths on the way to accomplishing that goal of sex feature elements that are not explicitly pornographic (they may have sexy bits and nudity along the way but a lot of it is also played for comedy). Not to mention there are works out there that are meant to be Fetish Fuel, but aren't really explicit at all.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe. On TV Tropes we have generally adopted a "primary purpose" rule rather than a "one purpose" rule for our content policy. To be blocked, a work must be "pure porn": made primarily for the purpose of sexual or fetish gratification and lacking meaningful value outside of that context. Debbie Does Dallas may technically have a plot but it's incidental to the primary purpose of the work.
On the other hand, Oglaf contains a lot of pornographic material but it also has non-porn content, detailed and recurring storylines, humor, and so on. One could reasonably partake of it without the sole intent to jerk off, so to speak.
Because this is not a simple test, we may rely on outside standards. If a work is available to the general Western public without "adult" labeling, taught in schools (pre-college), or otherwise considered "mainstream", then we need an extraordinary reason to restrict it under our own content policy. (Note: Self-published material such as webcomics and fanfiction don't have ratings agencies screening them so we can't generally rely on external tests.)
For our own reasons, we apply a significantly higher standard to the specific case of sexualization of underage characters, especially children or characters who look like/are portrayed as children. Works with such features are given extra scrutiny and may be blocked if they fail the "one purpose" test: in this case that one purpose is the sexual gratification of pedophiles/ephebophiles. There are other fetishes that may fall into this category, such as infantilism/diaper/potty, that are looked at on a case-by-case basis.

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Per an Image Pickin' thread, some of us seem to agree that we might need to take a look at Shinya Murata and his mangas. Per his page and the pages of his works, he seems to be a porno artist with some pretty nasty recurring themes. Admittedly, the works are apparently "softcore", but the trope lists really are not very encouraging.
"I like girls, but now, it's about justice."I've read Killing Bites, it's ecchy but not porn - got a plot going and all that. Just y'know, with nude half-animal fighters murdering each other with pervy camera shots.
...Although reading the examples past the point I dropped the manga, it seems it may have gotten more nakedy? Huh.

Many of his works have pages and the majority might be keepable. I don't know, I haven't read them. The Image Pickin' thread that raised eyebrows was about Konchuki in particular, since the image was really pushing the lewdness limits and the vast majority of tropes listed seem to indicate it revolves almost entirely around sex. And bugs. For some reason, the guy likes his bugs.
That plus some of the tropes listed in his creator page, I just felt it's probably a good idea we review them.

"I like girls, but now, it's about justice."Alright, that's fair
Judging by trope examples on Killing Bites, while main manga is probably still plot enough despite occasional extra explicitness down the line, the spinoff in which the plot is "protagonist is desperate to get banged" is looking questionable as well.
Checking out Konchuki aand wow it gets really pretty explicit with the sex scene. Blowjob, titjob, vaginal explicitly performed on screen, only censorship being lightsaber penis.
Oh and the main character is clearly stated to be underage, middle school in Japan covering ages from 12 to 15.

That sounds like a clear example of Kill It with Fire for Konchuki.

The Anime series is licensed in the US and can be bought on Amazon. [1]
As well as available for streaming at numerous places such as Amazonprime and such.
So, I decided to report Temporal Anomaly since the page links to an NSFW fanfic so I want to double check if it's safe or not.

@Dr Psyche Fair enough. I only brought it up because my query was in response to your post, which was on this thread. The page has now been cut.
