From the images I saw, if those girls are 14 years old, they must have been drinking hormone-laced milk.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Well, it's not that they look it, but they're basically stated to be of a middle school age. They're in school uniforms a lot of the time. It's like the opposite of Really 700 Years Old.

"Monsters are tragic beings. They are born too tall, too strong, too heavy. They are not evil by choice. That is their tragedy."Damn, that page is stubby. It isn't even saying anything about what actually goes in the comic. It has more information about content of the authors unrelated guro comics than about the comic it's supposed to be describing!
Bad review for a bad comic.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"I'd settle for cutting that page on the grounds of being a stub.
With that said, I can confirm that yes, there is nudity in the comic. No explicit sex shown, but lots of it implied. I will also note that (currently) neither the comic nor its website mention the specific ages of the characters, one way or the other.

Expergiscēre cras, medior quam hodie. (Awaken tomorrow, better than today.)But Jinx
said that they're depicted in school uniforms and are more or less shown to be middle schoolers (though apparently without specifying the year), right?
Yes, they are wearing school uniforms. That doesn't mean anything, especially when that sort of thing exists as a fetish. (Yeah, that sounds sad, I know.)
Continuing my look-through, I can see one main character was going to compete in the U.S. Open tennis tournament, which currently has an age requirement of 14 years old (I checked), and probably did back then. So I can safely say that the main characters are not middle schoolers. I will also note that one of the main characters mentions "years of therapy" at one point. Take that as you will.
Expergiscēre cras, medior quam hodie. (Awaken tomorrow, better than today.)I think we have. As to the "middle school" bit, some of the official(?) artwork in a GIS had character profiles stating their ages. The youngest was 15, which would put them as freshmen in high school at youngest.
As for the archived comic that Marq linked, I didn't see anything worse than about a PG-13 in the 70 or so strips I looked at.

"Polite life will fill you full of cancer." - Iggy Pop "I've seen the future, brother, it is murder." -Leonard Cohen... I can't believe we haven't thought of this in the beginning, but has anyone asked the flagger (if there is any) what exactly was it that prompted them to flag Chugworth?
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus. The flagging tool already requires you to write a reason you're flagging it. The person who flagged Chugworth Academy wrote:
Regarding Koibito Play, since it's a stub in a wrong namespace and will be cut anyway, is it reasonable to cutlist the page straightaway and to let the 5P decide whether to perma-redlink the title or to allow for a potential restoration in the right namespace?

"Polite life will fill you full of cancer." - Iggy Pop "I've seen the future, brother, it is murder." -Leonard CohenDisclaimer: I have not read Chugworth Academy, just going by the reviews I've read.
Last time I heard anything about Chugworth Academy, it had plenty of fanservice, but not really any on-page sex. Unless it has taken a turn for the pornographic in the last few years, I don't think it needs to be cut. (Saying this as someone who bears no love for Dave Cheung.)
And I was under the impression that we were OK with sixteen-or-above characters having sex, since they're clearly not children.
Cheung's track record is... not good, but his clean work shouldn't be condemned because he's also done squicky stuff. After all, we kept the page on Shintaro Kago because he's made the occasional non-pornographic work.

If my memory serves me correctly Chugworth has about as much sexual/vulgar content as Menage A 3, i.e. no overt nudity or sex, just vulgar jokes and crafty censorship, from what I can recall.
and there was that scandal where he drew the Assassins Creed creator giving her fans a BJ, which was apparently posted in chugworth or something. NSFW link
.
Whether this information makes it warrant a cut is up to the P5.
EDIT: wrong link.

Is dast der Zerstorer? Odar die Schopfer?^ Please don't link to Paheal pages, even with the NSFW warning.
Even though the image itself is fairly tame by internet standards, the ads they usually show on those pages are decidedly not.
All your safe space are belong to TrumpGiven that I would assume the creator of Assassin's Creed is not a kid by just about every standard, that probably wouldn't be an issue.

"Polite life will fill you full of cancer." - Iggy Pop "I've seen the future, brother, it is murder." -Leonard Cohen![]()
The issue is that Paheal only allows porn of some kind to be posted. This means you can't find any of the other proper art. Also, most of it is fanart too.
E-Hentai is probably a better place to find official art for pornography-based things. Also has non-porn art, so you can potentially find whether a work has too much porn, etc. if necessary. It won't help with any pedophile-pandering kinds, though. Doesn't allow that there.
And we're allowed to post the NSFW things just to show that's the case. This is the only thread where it's an exception. I think after a decision is made, you can freely edit out the link? Paheal is just a bad website to prove one series is porn, by default.

Shadow?Currently at strip #95 (of 422) in the archive. One of the main characters is stated to be 16 years old.
No explicit depiction of genitalia. Suggestion of exposed female crotch, not drawn in detail.
One penis covered by a pixelated box.
Implied sexual intercourse. Seems relatively safe so far. More updates to follow.
...Man, I sound like a parental advisory guide.
UPDATE: Completed review of archives. Of note: Sexual intercourse, no explicit depictions of genitalia / female nipples.
Female character described as "high-school" "jailbait"
which probably matches the "16 years old" part. Suggestive imagery.
Several "eyecatch" strips which are kinda fanservicey and show said female character in varying degrees of undress, but nothing explicit.
...And a cyborg waffle and a pancake double-teaming a croissant.
WTF?
If we go by these strips, I guess it's technically passable by our guidelines, although I feel that the character ages and degree of sexualisation are pushing the boundaries of acceptability. Feel free to come to your own conclusions.
EDIT: Evidently, the archive is the second iteration of Chugworth Academy, the first one supposedly having contained much more objectionable material, but I can't find that anywhere. Until those are reviewed, if we're keeping this page, the safe thing would probably be to limit it to the present versions.
(Bear in mind that this evaluation also doesn't take his other more objectionable works into account. Some of that shit is disgusting.)

Not a substitute for a formal medical consultation. So borderline, in other words. I would be OK with keep/clean/possible locks
Edit in response to above edit: Assuming things are kept to the 2.0 version. I can guarantee that for reasons described in @10877 version that there ain't no way the 1.0 version is gonna pass.

"Polite life will fill you full of cancer." - Iggy Pop "I've seen the future, brother, it is murder." -Leonard CohenKoibito Play seems to be in the same area as Futari Ecchi and Nana to Kaoru so I think it would probably pass a review if a fleshed out page was made.

Well, it's drawn in a western style so the "loli" thing is slightly different, but I couldn't tell that the characters were over 16. I don't think they are, in fact. I pegged the main heroine as 14, maybe even thirteen.
Not on the subject of Chugworth, I really think somebody needs to get on adding that last devilhead to Torment, because it's nothing but torture porn and needs to go right now.
