From what I remember, Meru Puri is available in English through Viz and is rated T for Teens.
Loveless, on the other hand, was rated OT, 16+, by the now-defunct Tokyopop, so I have no idea if you can still purchase it. The book was not my cup of tea (not because of content, but because I was having so much Viewer Gender Confusion that the book turned into the manga equivalent of Inception), but I don't remember it being pedophilic.
I have read all of Anita Blake and that description is not right. It goes from no sex or fanserivce at all, to a little bit of sex occasionally, to two books with a lot of sex but still having too much plot to be porn, and then to several books were sex is frequent, but not the focus of the plot.
Now, if you're talking about the Merry Gentry series, that description would be right.

Re: Chocotto Sister
Skipping preliminary report, already covered here.
Ep. 1:
About 5 min. in and a lingering panty shot of the sister. Labia are depicted in relief. On the plus side, I'm not hung over.
Update: Oddly enough, after that, nothing to report. How many times am I going to have to go on the rant about first impressions?
Ep. 10: Clean bath scene. Butts are censored out, let alone breasts and genitals.
Update: A second bath scene. Also pretty clean.
Ep. 21: Clean so far.
Update: Still clean. Calling it.
Verdict: Keep, clean if necessary
Pro:
- Mostly clean
- Not remotely pornographic
Con:
- Depiction of labia under panties of a 12-13 year old girl
Despite the initial bad impression, it's actually pretty harmless, oddly.

"Polite life will fill you full of cancer." - Iggy Pop "I've seen the future, brother, it is murder." -Leonard CohenAs much as I'd like to invite you for a session of joint inebriation, I just had my wisdom teeth pulled and I'm supposed to avoid alcohol for the next week or so. And my pain meds aren't the kind that get you high, so... Well, there go any mind-altering substances I could possibly fall back to as a last resort. Brain Bleach doesn't count. So what's next?

Not a substitute for a formal medical consultation.@Largo amazon.com, ebay, etc are your to go sites for out of print items.
What's next? Knocking out Hatsu Inu would be the logical step. Page states directly that it's an H-manga compilation, and there is only three tropes listed and a brief discussion. Plus it's not even indexed. No tears will be shed if this gets cut.
Edit: or perhaps dealing with Sono Hanabira ni Kuchizuke Wo. P5 already declared it porn once, and it was discussed creating a page for the clean spinoff Hanahira and redirecting there.

"Polite life will fill you full of cancer." - Iggy Pop "I've seen the future, brother, it is murder." -Leonard CohenRe Loveless: Tokyopop published the first 8 volumes with a Teen Plus (16+) rating; Viz has picked up the license and will be re-releasing V1-8 in omnibus and also continuing the series from V9 in singles. Viz doesn't have a page up for the series yet, but the Amazon preorder page for V9 lists a Teen rating.
The anime is licensed by Media Blasters and is rated 13+. It only covers the first few books.
The aspect of the series that raises the odd eyebrow is the relationship between the main characters, 12-year-old Ritsuka and his 20-year-old "fighter unit", Soubi. Soubi is highly attached to Ritsuka, tells him he loves him, and kisses him occasionally; Ritsuka also sometimes kisses Soubi to motivate him or "power him up" (the kisses are very brief and not particularly sexual; example). There's a little very faint sexual tension on Soubi's side, and some of the other characters call him a lolicon; Ritsuka seems to be aware that there's something off about the relationship but more or less ignores it.
The entire series is extremely angsty and full of broken people. One of the thematic elements of the series is that every one of the other adults is either indifferent to Ritsuka, actively against him, or sympathetic but completely useless; Soubi, for all his problems, is the only person who is both willing and able to protect him. Ritsuka endures daily physically abuse by his mentally disturbed mother, who may be trying to kill him; his presumed-dead brother also seems to be trying to kill him, and he's embroiled in a shadowy conspiracy of people who raise kids as Living Weapons for reasons that haven't been fully explained yet. Soubi is deeply screwed up; he was raised to be a tool for his "sacrifice" (controller) by a man who beat him (to teach him to ignore pain) and sexually abused him (by implication, nothing is shown), and was then handed over to a complete psychopath (Ritsuka's brother) as his first sacrifice. He ends up as a submissive masochist who wants his sacrifice to dominate and control him, even if said sacrifice a 12-year-old-boy.
The main plot focuses on the conspiracy, the group that runs it, the role of Ritsuka's murdered older brother (who seems to have been part of it), and magical word-fights. The subplots mostly follow the other fighter-sacrifice pairs and their various problems. There's no onscreen sexual activity whatsoever, although there's some implied sex between a few of the older characters. I really don't think the Ritsuka/Soubi relationship is supposed to be pedo-pandering, and in any case absolutely nothing happens. The most suggestive it ever gets is a sequence that implies that Soubi changed Ritsuka into his pyjamas after he passed out after a fight.
Calling someone a pedant is an automatic Insult Backfire. Real pedants will be flattered. So, gorn...can we restore it? "Creepy examples" is a lousy reason.
CM Dates; CM Pending; CM DraftsGorn has been restored for a while.

Not a substitute for a formal medical consultation.Sorry, my bad. Got it mixed up with some other stuff, might not have been Hatsu Inu which I read. The Wikipedia synopsis is pretty damning in itself, though. Seems to suggest it's a straight-up H-manga / anime with the prerequisite Excuse Plot.
...Or do you need more evidence? I'll probably go to Hell for this, but I could check it out to confirm.

Not a substitute for a formal medical consultation. And look at Google Images. Is that oral sex there, fourth hit?
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard Feynman... Damn, even the page image show titties. It's looking pretty damned so far; can anyone who've watched it provide a second opinion?

Experience has taught me to investigate anything that glows.I've watched Hatsu Inu, it's 100% porn.
Going through the Exploitation Film page, we should make sure no one tries to make a page on the listed film The Child Bride:
"It was supposed to be an indictment of irregular marriage laws in the Appalachian Mountains. So why the extended scene of a naked 12-year old girl going swimming?"
Also, does anyone know anything about Tokyo Gore Police?
On the latter one, that giant gory penis that pops out on Google Images surely isn't very encouraging. Nor is the Vagina Dentata-as-an-alligator thing.

"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI think I've read some of Hatsu Inu once. It is just porn with like, no plot. I'm kind of surprised someone tried to make a page on it.
I don't know, it seems kinda hard to define that sort of imagery as being primarily for arousal. Ero-guro, perhaps.
...So can I keep my soul now?

Not a substitute for a formal medical consultation.I've never watched Tokyo Gore Police, but from what I've heard, it's a gory action movie trying to be as over-the-top as it possibly can. I very much doubt it's trying to arouse.
Brief change of gears: Quotes.Yandere is flagged. Could we get a zapping?

"Polite life will fill you full of cancer." - Iggy Pop "I've seen the future, brother, it is murder." -Leonard CohenHatsu Inu is 100% but at least there's no paedopandering. Still shouldn't have a page.

The Other Wiki has a descent enough plot summary of MeruPuri.
The thing I've seen people complain about is that it involves a 15 year old falling in love with and getting engaged to a 7 year old boy named Aram.
However....
