Actually, it's not pigs. It's... Some kind of fugly creatures that resemble pigs but are much, much worse.

Not quite what I had in mind. Actually, if I was to judge it, myself, I'd say that they look more like featherless chickens with arms instead of wings. All in all, there's absolutely no need to pursue this brain-melting conversation any farther. Suffice to say, there is monster-rape. For the sake of everyone's sanity, I shall shut up now.

A few random panels with one of the club members naked and fully erect. No sex, but these boys are middle school aged. Not sure if the nudity is supposed to be sexual or what, but it is really distracting. There's boys building a highly advanced robot, but no, let's have one of them randomly in the nude for a page or so. Gimme a break and stick to the plot, folks.

I am thinking orcs too because thats how japan depicts them (in porn any way).

Okay, now that I've seen those CG rips of Eiyuu X Maou provided by Kuro, and I've properly soaked my brain in bleach, I guess it isn't pedo-pandering. IS it pornography, though...?

TD Goodrich, keep doing what you do. You passively reviewing everything on your own while we all are in the middle of heated debates is pure comic relief sometimes. We need to clone you or something.

On the game: Ehh, We should try to verify our sources a bit more maybe? I am afraid that it is most certainly cut worthy, but lets make sure we dont cut it over something as silly as a spinoff/third party fan disk. If it is in the same boat as Rance in terms of, keeping it would be consistent with our decisions. If we can't get any evidence on it, going down the path of Baldr Sky would be our best bet.

Edit: Sengoku Rance was saved by having tactics/rpg gameplay, and a plot where an idiot hero serial rapist battled greater evils, and it was kept Komodin. You are not bound by that decision, but that would be the choice that would be most in line with the logic thus far if it wasn't Pedo-Pandering.

@animeg 3282 Fast Eddie cut it and some other stuff that wasn't meant to be cut. We're not sure why but it might just be some misunderstanding, or possibly Google.

Uhhhhhhhhhhhh trope page suggests "no", but I'd wait on till someone plays it fully to say definitively. Doesn't help that gameplay vids are scarce.

@Komodin: Eh, honestly, I'm not sure. My inability to understand the plot and the lack of a translation hack to help me understand it make my opinion here moot. We would need someone with knowledge of Japanese to answer that question for us.

I can, however, state one thing: It has been said in these forums many times that, barring the very easily translated works like manga, only works that are not blatant porn tend to get translation hacks. The rest are part of a niche.

Once again, however, I don't know the particulars.

I'd know enough Japanese to understand it and would offer to play it, but I'm also supposed to play Atlach Nacha and haven't for weeks due to procrastination. So I don't trust me to get it done in a timely manner.

@Shadis, Kuro Bara Hime: I don't think we'll be getting our answer on what's going on from The Fast One until tomorrow. It's currently 11:18 PM where I live, and a person's gotta sleep.

@Sachiko, Technically, it supposedly has a plot, but the only reason the English audience knows about it (based on threads found via google) is that the gameplay is rather standard tactics gameplay (that can be understood without Japanese knowledge,) and that getting into every branching path of the plot is really hard without knowing Japanese, with some threads consisting of people brainstorming how to get the good ending without successfully reading a single word in the game.

So: The plot is thick enough for it to branch heavily.

@Kuro: I could TRY to play it, like you, but my lacking Kanji knowledge is rather.... Problematic.... when reading Japanese works, but if you take it on and procrastinate, I can pick up the reigns for you.

It's official. I'm no longer sober. I said chapter 1 was fucked up, but I officially rescind that remark. Chapter 4 is fucked up, and I have an unsettling feeling things won't get better. As for objectionable content: one of the club members (Dafu, I think) molests an unconscious girl and masturbates on-panel with zero censoring. Bear and mind all of these people are middle schoolers. In case that wasn't bad enough (spoilered for extreme squick): the leader (thankfully off-panel) shoves a pipe up up a young (~10-11 maybe, age is unclear though she is explicitly stated to be the younger sister of one of the club members) girl's vagina and leaves her to bleed out. We are left to see the aftermath. Hottipped for language

EDIT: Thanks, Roraborialis. It ain't always easy being both informative and entertaining. Especially in light of what happened in chapter 4. Expect things to get a hell of a lot less amusing from here on out.

I'm not familiar with Eiyuu X Maou (and frankly, it doesn't sound like my idea of a good time), but looking at the homepage really does not give the impression of a game that's just about sex. Or the trope page for that matter.

@Sachiko: I'm not *entirely* sure I'd consider that a good rule of thumb. Because I've run into translation hacks for some things I'd call blatant porn. (I could probably even find a couple for things that were removed from this wiki for it.) And on the other hand, most things just don't get translation hacks, no matter how much or how little porn they contain.
