^^^ Hidan No Aria also suffers from a very slyly written description.
Yes, there is a lot of fanservice, but very little of it actually involves the young-looking Aria. Scenes with her are never sexually charged, and there is no lolicon-pandering going on unless you count her being dressed in non-suggestive cheerleader and maid outfits.
The most risque I can remember from the anime is one scene where she has her shirt taken off, revealing her bra, so that she is administered a life-saving adrenaline injection. I remember this because it was censored with a sudden beam of light over her bra in the broadcasted version.
The Hidan No Aria anime is also licensed by Funimation in the US and holds a PG-13 rating.

Join us in our quest to play all RPG video games! Moving on to disc 2 of Grandia! No thanks to the inflammatory insult against an entire nationality.
But I'll admit that I made a mistake.
I suggest that every page opener on this thread link to this
and, most importantly, this
. It will help the thread hoppers that don't want to go through everything.

Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.I hope it's not out of line to suggest another work for review (considering that the pending review page was locked), but I was wondering about Hang In There Kogasa-san (which has a page, but I don't think I can link it properly because of the dash in the title). I haven't read it in a while, but if I remember correctly, there is one story arc where the main character has to work at a convention for selling watersports manga. Other conventions are mentioned (including a lolicon convention), and the morality is never touched upon - everything is treated as if it is perfectly normal. At the end of the arc, the main character draws a rather explicit image involving two high-school girls and the subject of the convention.
This isn't the focus of the entire comic, though. Other parts of the story contain some raunchy humor, but nothing nearly as objectionable as this.
It is also worth noting that the story is based off of the author's real life, so many of the events in it have actually happened in some form.

"Yup. That tasted purple."I personally never played it, but everyone on the net says that this game is one of the forerunners of the plot heavy, more-focused-on-drama-instead-of-sex eroge, and has a clean PSP version (Japan only) released two years ago (there were also plans much earlier to release a clean version for Xbox, but that got canned). The titular little sister is a 15-year old about to enter high school. Anyone who knows better about the game should correct me if I'm wrong.
Just saying this because it got a point against it in Content Violation Reports
.

That doesn't sound like the sort of thing we're looking for. If the lolicon convention is only mentioned, then I don't see how it's pandering to pedophiles, unless there's something you didn't mention. And it certainly doesn't sound like Porn Without Plot, or even Porn with Plot.

Waiting on a TRS slot? Finishing off one of these cleaning efforts will usually open one up.@ccoa: Is what you mentioned about allowing pages for works that receive a "Bleached Underpants" release being allowed to remain despite the original version having explicit content an official stance? If so, can that be added to the OP? It would be helpful in determining what I should recommend for review or try to defend.
If this was something I misread, I apologize.
Visit my contributor page to assist with the "I Like The Cheeses" project!Things with a Bleached Underpants version may be allowed to stay even if the sexual version is deemed inappropriate, but I think we still have to look at the non-bleached version and determine that. If the non-bleached version isn't acceptable, we'd still have to mark the page as being for the clean version only.
At any rate, we don't have an official rule on this, especially since the situation hasn't really come up yet.

Well, I was worried because of the implied "distributing PWP containing morally reprehensible fetishes is okay" stance.
As for explicit content, there's this
and that's about it.
Never mind, it was already removed from the list.
However, I vouch for Papa No Iukoto O Kikinasai. The description on the page is extremely misleading, as the series as a whole is about the Protagonist trying to keep his nieces from being split apart, and how he goes about doing so. Fanservice is there, but it's minor at worst.

...a little brother should belong to his older sister, right? - Orimura ChifuyuTwo works I nominated — two of the three I was confident would be kept but wanted to get out of the way — are no longer on P8. Were they decided on, or did someone think they were frivolous? If the latter, why not the third?

The child is father to the man —OedipusCan we have a list of what has been decided upon already and the reasoning? That would ease many people's concerns.

Full Battle ModeYeah, such a list would really help keep a track of what grounds articles are judged on.

Join us in our quest to play all RPG video games! Moving on to disc 2 of Grandia!A thread for decisions to be posted in would be good. Only the Panel members can make threads in this forum, though, so it will be up to one of them. I suspect it will have to be locked in between postings, given the way people have been reacting.
Shima removed a bunch of works from the list for being works that have a rating that makes them ineligible for review or that looked like trolling. If you see one that should probably go, or one that did go that should come back, feel free to speak up.
Waiting on a TRS slot? Finishing off one of these cleaning efforts will usually open one up.I checked the trope page for Lucky Dog 1, and it says it's Plot With Porn. I'd rather have someone who knows more confirm this, but I think that fact should be taken into consideration.
"Stealing is a crime and drugs is a crime too BUT if you steal drugs the two crimes cancel out and it’s like basically doing a good."Showgirls was rated NC-17 by the MPAA, but it's possible that was never on the page in the first place.
Live theater isn't subject to ratings, but I assume How I Learned To Drive was removed because it was performed at the Vinyard and at Second Stage and is otherwise a mainstream work?
Not sure how I feel about that, it's almost like a backdoor notability standard for some types of work, but that's a discussion for elsewhere.

Stuff that should probably be taken out of the list
Nippon Ichi: company that has sold mostly Teen rated games in the US. I put it on the page myself because I figured someone else would. -_-
Zero No Tsukaima: Anime is sold here as the Familiar of Zero and rated TV-14

I can agree with that sentiment.

Full Battle ModeHow I Learned To Drive is mainstream enough to have won a Pulitzer. They don't give those out for the sort of things we're cutting.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickGot a question, I'm Complaining About Shows You Don't Watch here, but from what I've heard about Arcade Gamer Fubuki (that it's an Excuse Plot to show underage panty shots), it seems like a good candidate for perusal, but I see it was removed from the sandbox page.
HodorSeen it. It's basically massive gushing over Sega games and ridiculous over-the-top representation of gaming competitions with Japanese animation and cute girls as the players...with panty shots tossed in.
Like The Wizard on meth.
...That said, yes, there's Panty Shots in it. Lots of them.
We Are Our Avatars Forever (Now on Discord by invitation, PM)

The Inbetweeners is a) extremely mainstream and b) shown on prime time British telly.
