Can you politely read the trope page for Katawa Shoujo?

Getting erectile dysfunction from that game is a Memetic Mutation!!! There is no way the intention was to titilate.

As for Papa, I never watched it, but it's watchable on Crunchyroll, so it can't be that bad.

Restoring Fate would be a good start.

If your argument can stand on its own without the extra one-liner, I generally recommend omitting the extra one-liner.

So many things wrong with this. First, the sex scenes are definitely secondary to the story, which is heavily character-driven and only includes sex as a relatively small component. Second, the characters are in their senior year of high school; I don't recall how many characters have an explicitly stated age, but it's a pretty safe bet that they're all at least 17.

Finally, is it supposed to be a mark against the game that the characters are disabled? Pretty much the whole point of the game is that, to quote its page, "People with disabilities are just that - people. Nothing more, nothing less."

Restoring FSN would be a very good start, yes, and I'm honestly not sure why it hasn't been restored yet beyond formality, which isn't a particularly good reason but I suppose that's just my opinion.

But you're really not helping it get restored.

That's kind of what I meant with the only reason being formality, but I digress.

Also, seconding the Katawa Shoujo point. They're all above the age of consent, and they sex scenes are hardly the main focus. There's a very, very defined plot.

Kawata Shoujo was originally penned for the principle of it being an eroge with disabled people because something like that was unusual to Western audiences when the project started picking up steam in 2007-ish. The original image by Raita didn't give any indications of plot. It was just characters for an eroge and that's what got people interested.

Giving it a full story and any of the "disabled people are just that" hoo-ha was an after thought to make it more than a few HC Gs with disabled teenagers.
