NSFW Webcomics is an index. Things that don't have pages or should not have them don't go there.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanSigh. OK. Still seems no more and possibly less NSFW than a lot of other, permitted titles to me, and despite occasional appearances it does have a real plot and characters. I admit I might just be hitting my head on a brick wall at this point, but in a second I'll stop again and it'll feel so good whan I do.

Currently co-writing a webcomic you can't read about on TV Tropes because the admins mistook it for porn.Honestly, I view A Serbian Film as worthy of review. It only depicts pedophilia as a terrible thing that's played for shock and horror and it's no more pornography than Antichrist is.
While I still argue that August Underground should still be kept redlinked since it has absolutely no socially redeeming value, A Serbian Film is meant to be an allegory for the Yugoslav Wars. It's not so much exploitation as much as it shocks to make a point and people are genuinely bothered by what it has to say and how it says it.
A Serbian Film has already been reviewed and was decided to be kept as an exampleless page.
Are you asking if we can restore the examples?
"Polite life will fill you full of cancer." - Iggy Pop "I've seen the future, brother, it is murder." -Leonard Cohen
If that is the case, then my answer will be, "No."
Now that the second season has come and gone, I would like to argue for the reinstatement of Ro-Kyu-Bu. I do believe that there is no good reason to ban the show, given the past criteria that have been stated.
The show is not porn, does not resemble porn and contains no mention towards sex whatsoever, so that complaint is out.
While I personally don't agree with banning anything on principle, I at least understand the concern with works like Kodomo no Jikan or Lotte no Omocha. In those cases, the references to pedophilia are the fundamental premise of the work and one can indeed argue that it would look shady to potential visitors or advertisers. However, Ro-Kyu-Bu is about basketball. 80% of the conversation is about basketball (with the remaining 20% going towards character development), all the plots are about basketball and all story climaxes involve basketball matches. In light of this, it's hard to argue a ban based on an Audience-Alienating Premise.
The argument that the show glorifies pedophilia also falls flat. Pedophilia is indeed brought up as a natural concern by other characters of having an near-adult guy continuously in close contact with a group of 11-12 year old girls. However, these fears are always shown as ungrounded and even the quasi-romantic relationship between Subaru and Tomoka always remains perfectly chaste. They never go further than holding hands.
So the only argument that still holds its ground is the allegation that the fanservice concerning said 11-12 year old girls makes it material for pedophiles to enjoy. In all fairness, this seems awfully close to Hitler Ate Sugar type reasoning, but let's accept that premise for argument's sake. Even with that in mind, the fanservice is no worse in this show that in plenty of other shows that can proudly fly their banner on this site. Any nudity is always covered up by steam censors or camera angles, nothing with any outright sexual connotations takes place and it is not the primary reason of existence for the show. To make a comparison, Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha had full nudity of a multitude of nine year old girls and that show for the longest time ranked near the top of popular pages. Given how many other shows have fanservice with loli-type characters, it seems awfully arbitrary to cut out this one show, which is no worse than any other and tamer than many.
In conclusion, I believe that there is no good reason to have this show banned and add my voice to the petition for its unbanning. I ask that the ladies and gentlemen who decide on the matter will at least consider my arguments.

More pertinently, the camera (drawer?) angles are still there. Also, if I remember, Negima contains far more non-sexual material and tends to give it to older characters as well.

This post
has a list of discussion posts, including Ro Kyu Bu.
Nanoha's fanservice nudity simply doesn't reach the level seen in RKB's Shower Scene, as I understand it.
(Okay, I've heard that Vi Vid reaches levels that might be worth a look, but I'm not taking said look.)
Which is contextless.
The screens imply it just means they'll be in a swimsuit in the next screen at best.
Until somebody plays it, that meter doesn't really mean anything overall.
But until somebody plays it, there's not enough information to restore it either. It's more or less "do nothing" till we get more information at this point.
If I remember correctly, we didn't do anything with the game but keep it cut until we have enough information if it's restore-worthy or not. Only due to the Anime being blatantly cut-worthy.

Yeah, that's the one, Largo.
As an aside, Nanoha is not really relevant to the discussion at hand, nor are any other "X is worse, and it is allowed to have a page" type of argument.
"Polite life will fill you full of cancer." - Iggy Pop "I've seen the future, brother, it is murder." -Leonard CohenNothing on Game FA Qs. But the rating for it is "B". That may tell us something at the very least.
Of the available pictures, we see one character in a heavily covering swimsuit. According to the website I visited, clicking on Loli Mode showed them in a swimsuit and that was it.
But that's all the information on the game that I can find entirely.
Shadow?IIRC, the general lack of information on the game is why we tabled the issue.
"Polite life will fill you full of cancer." - Iggy Pop "I've seen the future, brother, it is murder." -Leonard CohenApparently in the game, if you coach the girls to focus on the game more it raises their Sports Gauge, and if you focus on communication it raises their Loli Gauge. Raising the gauges gives more options for training them.
Though the video games aren't really that relevant since no one on this site's played them, since there's no English translation, and the original source material is the light novel series.

As I recall, the novels were also sort of a non-issue since there's no translation. So once again, it's both hard to get info on them to judge them, and there's no fans wanting to restore the pages for them either.
What does come up from quick searches though are several rather skeevy illustrations from the books showing the little girls, so it seems unlikely they'd pass anyway.

Well, as I said: if not a full page, how about a brief mention on the NSFW Webcomics page?
