Well, a page that suffered an Example Sectionectomy can be used in pages outside their main page?

Unless it says otherwise, yes.

If it's Flame Bait, most likely nowhere. If it's just YMMV, then yes, anywhere but the work's pages (their tabs are fair game).

Do note that, when a page is given an Example Sectionectomy, then it doesn't allow examples of any category or medium, so listing it there will suffice. I've noticed that some tropers had added pages like Award Snub, Mistakenly Banned and (I think) Hype Backlash into the No Real Life Examples Please page. This is redundant, as well as misleading. If the pages do list fictional examples, then it makes sense to add the tag. Otherwise, what's the point? Even if examples most likely happen in Real Life only, adding the NRLEP tag will give the impression that fictional examples are allowed, when they're not either. This very confusion is why this thread was brought up from Ask The Tropers in the first place.

[up]You may want to mention that in the NRLEP page.
