Odd, it was working earlier. Guess we can delete this thread then.

Wow! Blake Foster is returning as the mentor Justin Stewart and they promised a lot of cameos including Johnny Yong Bosch and Jason David Frank. This should be interesting.

Pretty sure this is just an April Fools joke... I mean, for one, there isn't actually anything about it on the PR website or on any non-fansites.

This was a previous thread about Toei filming special Power Rangers-specific footage for the anniversary. Maybe there are details that are April Fools (like maybe the returning cast) but the actual project looks to be real.

Wow. Not a Power Rangers fan, but this is brilliant. The Pirate thing is so stupid, but the casual observer can't tell if it's April Fool's or not. I mean, you've had motifs of cars, space, the animals, ninjas, dinosaurs, and samurai, so really pirates aren't too insane a leap to make. Yeah, it makes no sense as they don't have anything to do with pirates, but it's a stupid kid's show so it doesn't matter.

The anniversary stuff seems like something they would do though, but from what I've heard Saban isn't fond of the Disney seasons so I don't know if they'll have many, if any, stars or elements from that era.

Needs a new signature.

This is most likely a Fool's prank.

But I still have to ask: Is Power Rangers still as narmy as I remember?

^^In the original Gokaiger, they were space pirates.

Awww....sad

At least this means a Goseiger adaptation is still in the cards.
