I am in need of some Sweet Dreams Fuel, preferably involving the Disney Princesses, because that episode was messed up. x_x

Come on! Let's bless them all until we get fershnickered! You joke now, Enlong, but just you wait until it's back in full force...
"Just wants a friend but had to give up his ding dong for it, tragic." - AngelLightStarAlso I want everyone to keep their expectations low.
This isn’t a story arc, it’s more an extended single fight sequence.
Essentially they find the badguys easy thus causing a chain reaction of fight scene, someone shows up, fight scene, someone shows up, fight scene, someone shows up constantly repeatedly happening in a loop in the same damn unchanging location
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Actually Vanessa & that sexist blue pegasus knight leader are both in love with Yami & see each other (or just Vanessa at least) as rivals for the man’s love.
Ah sorry, Black Clover I mean.
Naruto does have a story, a shit story, but a story nonetheless at the very least.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."@ slim: Wait, Charlotte is the sexist one? Nearly every other line from Sol that isn't the "Call me captain" gag is about how awful all the men are, whereas Charlotte is relegated to being her Straight Man. Granted, there's so little to go on with most of the squad captains, but nothing about Char strikes me as qualifying her for that label.
@ Enlong: Ah, so it's a coping mechanism. Got it.

She actually is, she’s just not too much of an ass about it like Sol is.
That’s the gimmick of the pegsasus knights or at least from the only two we ever see, they are a group or duo really of Straw Feminists.
Char may not constantly insult men but she does nothing to stop Sol’s comments & is seen visually agreeing with her.
Which I guess is the whole point of Cahr being in love with Yami. The leader of a sexist knight who clearly has a homosexual interest or idolization of her is into a guy, & a really dirty macho guy at that.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Yeah, that was -talks like a hippy- weird, man. :S
Come on! Let's bless them all until we get fershnickered!@ slim: Yeah, I was going to say that she struck me, at worst, as an enabler of Sol's core beliefs, but that sounds... not good.
The worst part is that Charlotte still isn't as bad as House Silva (minus Noelle, of course). They can just all go die in a fire.
@ Enlong: Oh, right, she did say that. Sol had more exclamations along those lines, so I guess Char's one glaring moment completely passed me by.

"Just wants a friend but had to give up his ding dong for it, tragic." - AngelLightStarIn a perfect world, that clash would've resulted in a Mutual Kill.
If only we could've been so lucky...
"Just wants a friend but had to give up his ding dong for it, tragic." - AngelLightStarYeah it’s really annoying how unlikable a lot of BC’s characters are.
I especially detest the pegasus knights because they really do show how stupid sexism is. Like that comment of how they loath to take others from a man doesn’t make sense because their boss is a man. Julius is the Magic King because he is the strongest & most qualified mage in the kingdom.
So if men are useless & stupid, then what does that make them who are lead by a man every day?
Kishi never intended to make Sasuke in the first place so yeah in a perfect world he wouldn’t have existed in the first place really.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Aww, yeah! Another Dandy episode that teases a great concept but doesn't deliver! My favorite kind of episode!
@ Rojixus: Very true, but I'm dealing with the (terrible) hand we were dealt up to this point.
@ slim: That's unfortunately what you get when most of the cast is dreadfully one-note and that one trait of theirs isn't flattering. At all.
That's how we've ended up with the Silvas, Sol, and—perhaps worst of all—Gauche. I feel like I could bear their faults better (Gauche notwithstanding) if they actually had any semblance of character beyond their gimmicks.

"Just wants a friend but had to give up his ding dong for it, tragic." - AngelLightStarI wouldn't mind posing as that lady's boyfriend.
I was very glad when Dandy punched that guy. I didn't like the face he was making there.

Scarlet's boyfriend is A SLEGGAR LAW!
Had to do some quick research after reading your post, Lennik. Good ear.
Anybody got some Dandy/Scarlet fan art or fanfics on hand? I need a pick-me-up.

"Just wants a friend but had to give up his ding dong for it, tragic." - AngelLightStar

Well, outside of Asta's SAO-esque harem, there's Lily (who keeps on rejecting the future Grand Wizard King of Pirates' advances), Vanessa (standard fare Cool Big Sis type), Charmy (OTP = food), Sol (err...), Charlotte (who I'm pretty sure turns out to fancy Yami), and Theresa (who ain't takin' shit from nobody). Oh, and there's that one Silva lady and those witches from the last filler arc, but most nobles in this series are wastes of oxygen, that one witch Charmy OHKO'd was obssessed with age/beauty, and the other was batshit insane.
