It's like the writers actually made him... three-dimensional.
But only for a hot second because he can't not profess his undying love for Sister Lily!

"Just wants a friend but had to give up his ding dong for it, tragic." - AngelLightStarThat moment when the ninja raised as a Child Soldier by Danzo and Root and who suffers from a lack of social skills as a result has a better grasp on reality than Sakura when it comes to dealing with Sasuke.
"Just wants a friend but had to give up his ding dong for it, tragic." - AngelLightStarI'm starting to miss Black Clover. That show is bad, but at least it's entertainingly bad. XD
This, on the other hand, isn't. :(
You've got to save her, Great. Either that or tell her to skip right from the end of the Pain arc to The Last.
"Just wants a friend but had to give up his ding dong for it, tragic." - AngelLightStarI get that but can he even be considered that. Naruto has been nothing but amicable and sympathetic towards Sasuke to the point of madness while Sasuke doesn't seem to care much about Naruto anymore despite their rivalry being one of the reasons he turned in the first place. It's just a really weird handling of both tropes.
Good God woman, the fucks wrong with you?
Also he’s gotten way colder now, sub-zero cold really.
Yeah their entire relationship is just fucked & not in good in a writing way. In hindsight Kishi really fucked up on that regard.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."@ slim: There were a few good moments scattered here and there (even after Pain), but I just can't recommend slogging through this—filler and all—in good faith unless Great's coworker is some kind of machine/madwoman who plans on binge-watching Shippuden or otherwise getting the "full" experience.
