Leonardo Davinci escaping a church being raided by MI 6 in a swamp boat-turned airplane.
What a situation.
I have a message from another time...If my memory serves, next time on Lupin, it involves Lupin and Nix going up against an assassin who hunts M16 agents.
Wait! Now I remember! This list of M16 agents stolen and Nix and Lupin go after it!

Improving as an author, one video at a time.If da Vinci is an ally of the Assassins, are MI6 the Templars?
"Just wants a friend but had to give up his ding dong for it, tragic." - AngelLightStarI recall why the next episode through me off! It's another serial arc episode.
Improving as an author, one video at a time.Well, they did basically use the Animus to reincarnate Davinci.
I have a message from another time...@ Demetrios: Yep.
God help us all...
@ Rojixus: Inari and his grandfather from the very first mission Team 7 embarked on. You know, the Great Bridge? Gato? Zabuza?

"Just wants a friend but had to give up his ding dong for it, tragic." - AngelLightStar@ Beary: It's kind of hilariously bad when you put it that way, considering that was the first main arc of the entire series.
"Just wants a friend but had to give up his ding dong for it, tragic." - AngelLightStarNo, I get that, but when we have to say that the first main arc of the show from way back in its infancy is "admittedly good" in retrospect, I think that speaks volumes about how much the show fell off at whatever point of the series you felt it fell off at.
"Just wants a friend but had to give up his ding dong for it, tragic." - AngelLightStarIt's because we've taken the filler time machine back to the golden days, obviously.
And, of course, the slick new ED with some nicely animated fights and pleasant music gets cut short. But why would I have ever expected anything different?

"Just wants a friend but had to give up his ding dong for it, tragic." - AngelLightStar@X 2 X: Oh jeez, you're right. D:
What about the arc with the Chunin exams?
I... kind of only saw the Zabuza arc when Naruto was first airing. I lost track of it after that, probably due to scheduling conflicts.
Do not obey in advance.
The Chunin Exams were good, as were everything after up to and including the Sasuke Retrieval Arc. (I think we can all generally agree on that, right?)
Then came the mass filler hell, so I'm disregarding that.
Shippuden started strong too, and was pretty consistent overall despite a few bumps, but it's the post-Pain stuff that's where things start to get shaky in terms of quality. It's on more of a fan-by-fan basis, though. Some think the Fourth Shinobi World War is where the decline immediately started, others think it was still decent at that point but became more and more bogged down by the Madara situation, and then there's all the stuff at the end with the Ten Tails and Kaguya, never mind how the last few chapters have to quickly wrap up the brunt of what's left.
