Nice seeing Mika face an enemy he can't just stomp for once.
I'd like to be the first man on the moon.It is refreshing to see Mika not be able to effortlessly trample everyone in Barbatos. He's already got a muted personality due to... whatever he's got going on; Mika being an Invincible Hero (and not in the amazing way) would make him rather bland (IMO).

I'd like to be the first man on the moon.A letter from Gon to his mom? Golly gee whiz, it's recap time!
Yeah, a recap episode. :/
At least this one is moving quickly.
Yes.
Wait, was that Nathan Fillion?

Do not obey in advance.I find that the most irritating thing about recap episodes is that they make you feel obligated to watch until the end just in case the final scene actually advances the plot.
I'd like to be the first man on the moon.
Whatever you do, don't skip the ones in Revolutionary Girl Utena. They're actually integral to the story.
Sometimes there's enough funny commentary to make recaps worth watching, like (as I mentioned above) in Champloo and Korra. But those sorts do seem to be few and far between.

I'd like to be the first man on the moon. The curse of the Uchiha clan: You either die a hero, or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain.
Unless you're Sasuke, which is an entirely different matter.

Thanks for the feels, Kishimoto!
The worst part is... things continue to dovetail from this point on.

Improving as an author, one video at a time.

Evil Blondie (her name's Lafter) is also voiced by Cristina Vee. Meaning that tonight's Toonami block has had a(n insane) character of hers show up for a good portion of a 90-minute stretch. It's like the JYB Power Hour all over again!
Also, Mika is getting wrecked. Like, seriously wrecked. Hopefully these chicks don't end up like the Shrike Team.
