One of my favorite moments in the series. Ironic that it happens in one of the saddest episodes.
I'd like to be the first man on the moon.I knew it was that scumbag Hiroshi! Girl you've gotta know a bad influence when you see one.

I feel like the only other notable long runner left that Toonami hasn't aquired is Fairy Tail, and I think that's one of anime they implied streaming services got the exclusive rights to.
I'm thinking it's going to come down between My Hero Academia, Erased, and One Punch Man.

I think that there is zero chance of Toonami ever airing Erased.
I don't think Dimension W will be replaced by a show that's still running in Japan either. Dimension W was a special case because Funimation was on the production committee. So probably not My Hero Academia yet.
You're just in time. Bayble Cuber's going to watch an inkle dribble adventure from days of old on my holo-pyramid viewer. Now that Toonami has Hunter X Hunter, a 148-episode-long show, we have no IDEA what they're judgments for long-running shows are. The thing that could push My Hero Academia or One Punch Man to the top of my list of animes airing on Toonami would be if their distributor announces a dub, and then we have an idea of when that could air. Then again, the dub of Hunter X Hunter couldn't be predicted beforehand because it's airing on Toonami as a premiere dub, which Toonami is trying to do more often.
The Toonami Faithful Podcast is making one interesting prediction that COULD make sense with the direction the block is going: .... they're planning to expand once again.

Expanding again wouldn't surprise me terribly, especially what with the recent Samurai Jack and FLCL announcements. If they're gonna bring in brand new content exclusively for the the block, it'd make sense if they made some more room in the schedule for it.
But maybe that's just wishful thinking.
I'd like to be the first man on the moon.Toonami now has 4 long-runners. They now take up most of the block. The last time slot is a rerun. With only 2 slots available for more different shows, and 2 new shows funded and produced by Turner coming up, expanding would make total sense.
... though I hear Kai is going to end by the end of this year.

I'm not sure what those guys just rapped, but I liked it.
Oh boy, we're going back to that sunflower samurai plot now! But for how long?
