@ Beary: Since you brought him up...
Japanese Anderson, but still.
Anyway, I'd agree with the consensus that √A, while not terrible, is terribly meandering. Really feels like we could've skipped to this point 4-5 episodes ago and not missed much.
"Besides... A girl that fine... Gotta hit it one last time."
Dear Lord, Nishiki, tell me how you really feel.

I get ya.
It helped that he was actually a pretty good ally.
Like everyone clearly distrusted him but he did everything for Kaneki's group without fail & surprisingly his feelings grew from wanting to eat Kaneki into falling in love with him.
He kinda redeemed himself honestly.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."
Indeed its pretty surprising.
Ya gotta like how this show is willing to change its line-up.
So that's how there gonna get them to face the Bomber. Just ask for help & in turn it will lead to some potentially good training.
Also that looks like a good game.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."I can't exactly weigh in, seeing as most of what we've seen is Biscuit Nen training Gon and Killua while occasionally showing them how things work in the game world.
"Just wants a friend but had to give up his ding dong for it, tragic." - AngelLightStarEh it doesn't look that fun from what we have seen.
There's no interesting theme, its full of random monsters with no rhyme or rhythm, no epic bosses, no story or lore. Its just collecting cards with some Pv P using your regular Nen-strentgh & some rather unspectacular spell cards.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."That guy's lucky he removed that bomb from himself in time. And now he's got an Ugly Cute friend in tow.
When you wish upon a side of beef, soon will come an end to all your grief@ slim: I know that the video game is just a backdrop for the plot with Gon, his Nen training, and the search for his dad, but Greed Island feels more like a closed beta for a MMORPG with its lack of structure and goals/quests/bosses than, well, an actual MMORPG.

Huh wow that is a good way of putting it. Nice dude.
It makes sense considering how private the game is & that it has very few copies in stock.
I wonder how exactly Gon & Bisky are gonna end up dealing with Genthru. There very disconnected from each other at the moment.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."

Yeah. Kaneki is gone and that makes Touka sad. Also, there are a bunch of new characters.
