Just listened to it.
I'm now wishing I didn't. The main melody is fine, but the rapping... x_x

You can listen here.
Oh and Caligstro (or however spelled, not checking) goes back to the original Lupin. The Countess is pretty much Lupin's archnemesis. Fun books with her, as are any. If anyone interested in trying a Lupin story, I recommend The Escape of Arsene Lupin for a starter short story. It's the third Lupin story written. Lupin classic is more classy than the 3rd, but just as smart.

Improving as an author, one video at a time. Now that I remembred it's Tony Oliver voicing Lupin here, I can't unhear Bang Shishigami...

By the way, Fujiko is Carl and Zenigata is Hazama. Really ironic/coincidental, that last one. And for more ASW goodness, Rebecca is Elphelt.

"Just wants a friend but had to give up his ding dong for it, tragic." - AngelLightStarNow that you've a taste of Nix, hope everybody hyped for the next encounter with him. Next showdown is episode 7. Or was it 6... I think it is 7.
Also, almost forgot about The Italian Dream! We'll be having so much fun with that.

Improving as an author, one video at a time.As Fujiko says, Lupin's tendency to take his chances in certain situations is, well, classic Lupin.
Speaking of which, liking the blue dress, Fujiko.

A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Next episode, we take a break from Lupin. It'll be a full episode to Jigen as he's on the way to meet up with Lupin and a story he gets caught up in.
Improving as an author, one video at a time.So it was really all for Fujiko. Ah the fatal flaw of the Phantom Thief, their tendency to think with their dick.
Though yeah that was a really a sweet moment between Lupin & Fujiko. Nice to know they can have moments like that where their not backstabbing each other to prove who's the better thief.

Seeing how loose the concept of continuity is in Lupin III, I'm honestly surprised there was a shout-out to that film at all, especially since Word of God says it's supposed to be near the end of Lupin's career.
Which is par the course for those two, I must admit.

"Just wants a friend but had to give up his ding dong for it, tragic." - AngelLightStarOh I can't wait until an episode near the end. It's a Fujiko episode where she goes through insane lengths to rescue Lupin after he gets captured by someone thanks to them using her. The series does a great balance of Fujiko as a femme fatale and still making clear she does love Lupin, they've just their own crazy relationship.
Improving as an author, one video at a time.Pretty smart thinking from Naruto there. He's no Shikamaru, but the kid's a lot more insightful and quick-witted than most give him credit.

@ slim: I haven't listened to it, but this isn't the first time I've heard similar remarks, so while it might be an exaggeration, there's probably at least a kernel of truth to it.
