It's raining Frieza chunks!
"Just wants a friend but had to give up his ding dong for it, tragic." - AngelLightStar@X2X: Technically, Bardock has been canon since Goku's confrontation with Frieza in the manga, since he was featured in that single panel when Frieza recognized Goku.
Puar's line in the movie is way funnier. "If you have too much money, your kids grow up to be jerks who own nightclubs."

That's right, boys. Mondo cool.@ Lennik: Pardon my ignorance, then. Either way, it's probably true that Toriyama has, somehow, overlooked the existence of said characters and any potential storylines.
Oh boy, Freezy Pop is back in the flesh.

That's right, boys. Mondo cool.@ slim: I know that Maximum the Hormone's tribute to Frieza (their song "F") was part of what inspired Toriyama to make Resurrection 'F' to begin with, but I never found heavy metal to be fitting for someone of Frieza's stature. Personally, I think Super's use of music is more suitably thematic, if not as adrenaline pumping. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Why don't they just wish for Frieza's minions to go away forever?
