As you all might have guessed, Pui Pui and Yakon amount to nothing. Dabura only fares slightly better.
The expedited nature of the Kai episodes is also part of the "problem." The original actually had a nice buildup that demonstrated just how outclassed Pui Pui truly was.

"Just wants a friend but had to give up his ding dong for it, tragic." - AngelLightStar@ Beary: Between the goldurn SUPREME KAI being so amazingly clueless about the powers of the beings under his jurisdiction and Babidi's minions dropping like flies, it really is.
All of these Voltron scenes only remind me that I need to check out Voltron: Legendary Defender someday. I hear it's quite good.

"Just wants a friend but had to give up his ding dong for it, tragic." - AngelLightStarThis is just pathetic, it's like Blackbeard trying to shoot up a police station with a flintlock.
@X 2 X You and me both. Though after that last attempt at a Voltron revival, I'm a little wary.

Damn, Charlie, let down TOM lightly next time.
The revival notwithstanding, how long has it been since TOM and SARA interviewed someone?
@ Rojixus: Voltron Force was kind of meh, but I'll give it points for marching on as a direct continuation of the original. A shame it ended on a blatant Sequel Hook.
@ slim: Good to hear. I'll be sure to add it to my infinitely-expanding backlog. Oh God...

Come on! Let's bless them all until we get fershnickered!

I never saw these earlier eps of the Buu Saga, so I only knew of Pui Pui from one of Babidi's supers in one of the Budokai games.
