I am okay with this. Much more okay than I thought I would be, in fact.
Wait... that preview... that wreckage...
...the Guardian? (Please?)
I'd like to be the first man on the moon. You know what I actually liked best about this episode?
It was self-contained. It felt just like an episode of the old show - just a neat, compact story with interesting environments, some fun action, and a distinct atmosphere.
The show's got a lot ground to cover if they're gonna wrap it up in two more episodes, but I'm glad they took the time to have a nice episodic story like this.
I'd like to be the first man on the moon.@ Beary: Given her upbringing, it does seem in-character that Ashi would fall for someone for Jack so quickly. Well, to me, at least.
@ Maestro: Two episodes left? I don't want to tempt fate, but I have a bad feeling about this. Please let them have a happy ending, Genndy!
"Just wants a friend but had to give up his ding dong for it, tragic." - AngelLightStar@ slim: Though it probably shouldn't be to that extent after only six months considering he was still in shape after the 7-year Time Skip, Gohan is known to slack off in peacetime. With the (minor) Art Shift, this is likely Super's way of showing it.
Baby Pan is just adorable.
FYI Chi-Chi, it's not exactly your call when it comes to how Gohan and Videl choose to raise Pan, never mind whatever Pan decides to do when she grows up (GT notwithstanding, because, well... GT!Pan was annoying). Besides, it's not like Pan won't become a martial artist, given that this is set before the final episodes of Z.
Officer Krillin? ... He'll still get no respect. I just know it.

A shipper's wet dream, apparently.
