I'm gonna miss jack's beard and rugged hair
At least he's finally back
@ blue: It depends. With the Samurai Jack revival, the darker elements are there for reasons beyond a false sense of "maturity" (and are meant to show how the series has grown up with those of us who were there for the original), so it works. The problem is that CN's current reboots (TTG, PPG, Ben 10, etc.) miss what made the originals so popular, are incredibly wacky, and seem to exist for the sake of merchandising. If there was to ever be another revival of this quality, it'd probably have to be produced/funded by [as] like Samurai Jack was.
@ Maestro: Yeah, a lot of fans had been questioning if "Inner Jack" (especially post-Jack's Heroic BSoD) was born of the same part of Jack's psyche that Mad Jack came from. It'd make sense.

"Just wants a friend but had to give up his ding dong for it, tragic." - AngelLightStarTruly, Goku is not Harvest Moon material.
Or should I say Story of Seasons, since Natsume took the HM name and ran it into the ground.
When you wish upon a side of beef, soon will come an end to all your griefAh, that brief flashback gave me the feels.
Damn, Goku, I mean, it's not like Krillin already died twice or anything...
Also, Marron being a cutie as usual.

"Just wants a friend but had to give up his ding dong for it, tragic." - AngelLightStarFor some reason, Whis's unironic love or earth cuisine warms my heart.
@ Beary: That, or the Not!Japanese also created tacos along with everything else Whis has been chowing down on throughout Super.
And yes, I think that was the same actress (Laurie Steele, IIRC).

It just occurred to me: Phil La Marr was using the exact same voice for Hallucination Jack in that scene that he used for Mad Jack way back in season one.
I'd like to be the first man on the moon.
