I'd imagine if it were just one crest design holding everything up, someone would have said something to you about it. And I doubt it's enough to hold up the whole RP in any case. (And if you're really stuck, I'm sure someone would be willing to help if you asked.)
I get the feeling it's probably GM stuff, and thus probably best to just leave him to it. (And I freely admit I learned that one the hard way, sorry for backseat driving.)
Anyway, sit back, relax, listen to some music and stuff...
I just noticed two things...
First off, the dark side has at least three people who outright do not work with others. This... could be a problem. Or at least awkward.
Second, a question for one of my fellow players, out of curiousity... Des, you potholed "Uzma bint-al-Shaitan" to Meaningful Name, but didn't explain what it means. Would you care to?

I think it fits, honestly. One of the reasons why the good guys always win is because they work together well, whilst evil... Is prone to bickering, infighting and trying to push their own agenda over that of their allies (not to mention the backstabbing at the most inopportune times!). In the end, evil plants the seeds of its own defeat from the get-go since it won't cooperate properly, ahah~
But hmmm, we'll see how this works out.

There's always character development to consider. While I don't expect someone with a crest of Solitude to rely on others, everyone else could have some capacity for cooperation. And DNA Digivolving will be rather difficult otherwise.
Anyway... Still need to edit the map and put in locations and such. Then some back story details and I'll be able to start this thing. Shouldn't be too long, hopefully.
Well...

On empty crossroads, seek the eclipse -- for when Sol and Lua align, the lost shall find their way home.Okay, Somewhat updated map
◊.
White: Seraphimon's Base and important strongholds. Spread out to try and cover all openings.
Black: Same, 'cept it's Cherubimon. Surprisingly not on a full-out offensive. For now.
Dark Blue: Torrent Sea
Yellow: Bit Desert
Orange: Kernel Canyon
Light Blue: Null Device
Dark Green: File Forest
Light Green: Plains/Towns/Whatever suits our needs the most.
Punny names are hard to do. It also occurs to me I forgot to add an arctic area. D'oh. Well, before I do, anyone have any other suggestions? Better names or placements?

For the 'bottomless fall' area: 'Null Device'. Reason: /dev/null is a special folder in Linux that utterly and completely deletes everything that's moved to it. (Hence the slang-word 'to devnull', 'לדבנל'.)
On empty crossroads, seek the eclipse -- for when Sol and Lua align, the lost shall find their way home. While we're discussing character names, I confess to naming Gideon after Gideon Graves from Scott Pilgrim (I was gonna give him the glasses, but the Librarian beat me to it). However, since Gideon apparently means "destroyer" or "mighty warrior", there's that... Plus, probably just as importantly, it's an acronym for Global Infectious Disease and Epidemiology Network
, so it still falls under Names to Run Away from Really Fast. His last name probably would have worked better if I'd gone with the Tankmon line, but it sounded cool.
Anyone else's character name have a story behind it?

Yeah, pretty sure any ice area of the Digital World would be Grim Up North.

Soon-ish, once some stuff is sorted out.
