New here? Or a regular poster here who is searching for forum games that are actually good? Perhaps looking for new ones that show some promise but can't find any? Then this is the place to be.
The purpose of this thread is for troper forum gamers to recommend forum games to other posters that ask (like a sub-forum library of some sort), or to recommend your latest created forum game.
When posting recommendations, it is preferable that you link the name of the forum game to its thread, along with a description of what the forum game is about.

I'd like to make a Forum Game myself, but I don't know if it's even viable.
The Game would be: "Try to sound intelligent as possible while misspelling every word."

Do we have a game for pretending to mishear/misread what the last person said? Like a conversation based on a game of Telephone? I had the idea after making this joke in the "what offends you" game.

No. There's in fact a rule against that sort of thing because all it does is bring about complaining and natter.

So I'm about to make that "misreading game" I mentioned, but I'm wondering if it'd be better to keep the game going continuously, a la the "Association Games" (i.e. the response to the phrase that gets misinterpreted gets misinterpreted itself in the next post, then that response gets misinterpreted, and so on and so forth) or have the phrase change every post, a la the "Waiter" game (i.e. the post that responds to the above misunderstood phrase will then post their own separate, sensible phrase for the next post to misunderstand).
I'm leaning towards the latter cuz it'll probably be easier to understand down the line, but the former has more chaotic potential. Which sounds like a better idea?
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.
