New here? Or a regular poster here who is searching for forum games that are actually good? Perhaps looking for new ones that show some promise but can't find any? Then this is the place to be.
The purpose of this thread is for troper forum gamers to recommend forum games to other posters that ask (like a sub-forum library of some sort), or to recommend your latest created forum game.
When posting recommendations, it is preferable that you link the name of the forum game to its thread, along with a description of what the forum game is about.
Forum game rules still apply here.

Do we already have a forum game where you choose the most fitting Miitopia job for the above avatar?
Ok im back ... | Check my strawpage :3Forum game idea: TV Tropes Races
Similar to Wikipedia Races, you're tasked with going from one work to another. The kickers:
- You cannot use trope pages, since it's very easy to get from one work to another if they share a trope.
- You cannot use the separate tabs to go to different pages unless the pages themselves are linked on the work page (i.e. the Homestuck page linking to the character page, the Awesome Music page, etc.)
Least amount of pages after approx. 24 hours wins, winner chooses the next start and end.
I'll make the FG myself if this gets enough approvals (which IMO is maybe like 3)
I'm probably gonna flip flop on whether or not I allow them, but for now, no

I dunno why, but I've got a bad feeling about things...
Hmmm, sounds fun!
Also, are we allowed to go to creator pages during the game or nope?

this actually sounds amazing, i kinda like it
buuuuuuuuut
i think effectively completely banning the subpages is kinda a little too hard
how about we allow at least YMMV?
Welcome, my little friend! Or should I say...friends?I tried a couple test runs with The Fault in Our Stars -> The Way of the Househusband and Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth -> Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney and didn't need the subpages tabs at all.
Either way, that's three approvals, I'll make the thread momentarily
I dunno why, but I've got a bad feeling about things...
It's created already
, feel free to play it!

Hot take: I actually like Yoshi's New Island and it's soundtrack.Would anyone be interested in playing a "Dumb Ideas for Mega Man Robot Masters" thread? If you don't know, Robot Masters are the bosses from the Mega Man (Classic) series and their names usually follow the format "[Something] Man".
Currently playing Yooka-ReplayleeHow about a forum game using Wheel Challenge from Mario and Sonic at The Olympic Games?

I am loving this new avatar game!
Your avatar is doing the night shift at a Trope Co. supermarket. Can they handle the weirdness that follows without going insane?
It's basically like Darkest Dungeon, and I like it!
I make forum games more than anyone else. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing. Here’s an idea, it’s basically the Our avatars communicate on a forum thread game, except you have to use your current avatar for all conversations. If you switch your avatar, you have to use an in-universe explanation of not only how they ended up with the device used to communicate but also, they have no idea what happened in the thread so, others have to explain it.
Also, if you ever switch back to the original avatar, the original only has the history of the thread up to when you initially changed your avatar. So if something major happened in their absence, someone has to explain it.

Using only your current avatar was my assumption when I first heard of the original, and it was probably like that before it expanded to include multiple recurring avatars. However, this would mean some people are "forced" to keep their current avatar just for that variant if they're planning to use them for a long arc.

"YOU ARE KAIND. MERSIFULL. AND, MOAST OF ALL... YOU DOAN'T KNOW HOW TO CLAIMB."
As a currently active OAAPOAFT-goer—same. I usually switch my avatar (most of my avatars were added just so i could play them), but sometimes I play characters (OCs) without avatars, or I play multiple characters at once and have to choose which one to represent...

"Every time I look, they all seem to multiply / The scΛrƨ that run my mind"I paste avatars not only because I want to use avatars I'm not currently using, but also futureproofing - it makes it easier to know right away who is talking if someone wants to read through earlier pages (text colors can only do so much especially if you're not super familiar with someone's characters)

My favorite failed console tbhWhat about an Absurd Trolley problems forum game?
So grab a stick and take a swing! Do the Piñata thing!I have a funny idea: a game where someone name two tropes and the other people have to find an example or character, in any work (or even the work's premise itself), that fits these tropes together (about the tropes, it can be the two happening at the same time or, if they can have a cause, one induced by the other). Then, the troper who answered can as for another combination of two different tropes.
For instance:
- If I give the tropes Battle Tops and Serious Business, an answer would be Beyblade as a whole.
- If I ask for a combination of As the Good Book Says... and Nightmare Retardant, you could answer with Jeffrey from Sword Art Online Abridged
- If I want to see a combination of Be Careful What You Wish For and Take Over the World, you may mention the moment in Heaven's Lost Property when Tomoki (jokingly) wished to be the ruler of the world, which caused his Literal Genie to make everyone else on Earth disappear because there's no way anybody would seriously accept him as the ruler of the world.
What do you think of it?

Give me books! Give me ALL YOUR BOOKS!!!!!Hmm, I think I have another idea. You know how Sonic Shorts 8 ended with the Sonic characters from throughout the continuities absolutely crushed the animators? Well, I figured, if we put our avatars against the Sonic characters, which side would win?
If your gallery has any Sonic characters, then that member would receive a clone to be on both sides, with the next poster giving their opinion on who would win?
So grab a stick and take a swing! Do the Piñata thing! If [...] Were Real
A game based on the series by Smosh. One would name a work, and the below poster must think of an "If it were real" segment plot for that.
Opinion?

Would a Joy buzzer swap game work? Where our avatars swap bodies with each other using joy buzzers?
