Huh, looking over that, I'm intrigued by these Rooters faction of The Plumbers.
Improving as an author, one video at a time. Why does Ma remind me of just one of the "Pretty boys" just crossdressing?
Dakota's blog An odd agent of justiceI like Octagon and Rhomboid, but only really when they're Those Two Guys / Those Two Bad Guys. They don't really carry episodes where they're the main, central characters well, and their family is kind of unbearble.
Watch out guys! We got a rabid fan over here. As much as i'd like to not have villain centric episodes, the writers and staff will do happily as they please and make even worse "Sitcom-based" stories involving even more B-level jerkasses. We can't change that, unless we complain to them about what we don't like.

How does me not liking a character make me a "rabid fan". I was joking about "not having them show up anymore" because I know it won't happen. Your comment was very rude in it's beggining especially since you singled me out for my dislike of them when there were others who agreed.

"That's such a dumb idea I can't believe I hadn't thought of it myself" - Rhomboid Vreedle.
Oddly fitting line. Previous Gravattack episode was a dud, but Omniverse has talent to make good stories out of pretty silly sounding ideas, this one not being exception. I think t'was of funniest episodes in long time.
It used well two characters I'm not found of. One of them is Ma Vreedle, partially because everybody fears her for no reason and partially cause she not as funny as bros are. Another is Ditto whom I always found kinda annoying. In this episode they seemed slightly funnier and respectively more threatening and cuter.
Few things bug me thought: Why only Vreedles clone themselves? Was Ma dumb enough to blow up planet with herself and her boys on it? Was she arrested after deactivating bomb? How could Dittos just watch one of them being beaten since they suppose to feel each other pain? And doesn't Echo Echo kind make him redundant?

Excuse me, but I just thought you (and many others) wern't sure why it was the way it was. I guess I was wrong. The fact still doesn't change that they'll never truly "cooperate" with the viewers until it really matters. at least that's my logic. I could be reaching my inner H Cobb again.

Its Omniverse. They're going to make plot holes like that. All comments aside apparently they didn't pay that close attention to the original show if they're going to make such a flub with the aliens they're using.
Also all this informed ability with antagonists is getting annoying. Don't tell me someone is scary. Actually prove you deserve to be a writer and show me why they're scary.
OK I talk simple now.
-Liked episode.
-Omniverse stories sound bad on paper but are good (usually).
-I dont like Ma. People claim she's scary but she is not. She's also not funny.
-Ditto usually annoys me.
-In this episode these two worked better that usual.
-I dont know what's the point of Ditto if there is Echo Echo.
-Ditto got clobbered. Other Ditto didnt feel it. Continuity says it should not be so.
-Ma was going to blow up herself.
-No one said if Ma was arrested.
-Cloning machine is wasted on Vreedles. Everybody who has dangerous job should have one. Death in accidents should cease to be. Wars could be fought forever. Kamikaze should become a easy job. That is a plot hole to me.
You get it all now?
I liked this episode for the most part. It was so meta. But Ben really shouldn't let Rook learn about memes, he might end up here. I love that they brought Jimmy back but his fanboy status seems to be a bit flanderized. Ben had another morally ambiguous moment when he mutated Will but the guy has been asking for something seriously bad to happen to him since his first appearence way back when. I just love how the writers forget that Ben has been trained in hand to hand combat. I also love Rath in this episode.

With alternate universes in the mix, I wonder if we'll get to see Kevin 11,000 again. I've been waiting pretty much since Paradox was introduced back in AF for some sort of Kevin vs evil Kevin fight - though I suppose Aggregor was the next best thing.
But probably not. With the exception of the occasional episode, Kevin's even more Out of Focus than Gwen in this show. We haven't even seen him in the past yet.
