I liked the little joke about all the naked aliens in this episode. Rath being an aggressive nudist kind of fits him, honestly.
"When you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all" Futurama, GodfellasDid I really need to find out Rath is a relgious nudist? I can't get it out of my head now!

Dakota's blog An odd agent of justiceOh joy, another series doing the overly used shrinking plot.
Despite that it was a fairly good episode. It probably worked because Rook was shrunk intentially. Funny at certain parts. I think the humor went on a little to long though, especially when it was trying to be serious. Good episode all in all.
That was... bizzare.
First of it had very contrived plot. Plumpers deal with peace treaties? Ben is asked to handle fragile situation, just because his alien form is known to be wise? No one could inturupt treaty? Bad guy knew that Ben will be Galilean?
Jokes related to bug aliens drilling Ben's body were rather disturbing.
After Tiffin jammed Omnitrix back in "Con of Rath" I sorta expected Lewodans to have some tech-hacking powers.
I kinda hoped that these guys would really work together on something.
Overall could've been better.
Now that you say it like that, it's just wrong now.
T He Plumbers are the space UN; why not deal with Treaties?
Casual talk is a debate you have to win.So, I finally did what I pretty much did for Alien Force / Ultimate Alien as well - spent a long time not watching or really following the show, only to watch most of it all at once.
So far, I like it. I'd go as far as to say it's... ok. Beyond the ending to "So Long and Thanks For All The Smoothies" and the occasionally obvious spite disdain Wyatt has towards the previous series, nothing really stands out as bugging me so far. They're obviously going for something more lighthearted and comedic this time (a good idea, Alien Force / Ultimate Alien was too... somber sometimes), and they often nail it. I'd heard Rook was awesome, but I didn't believe it - I'm not sure what it is, but he really does make a very good foil for Ben.
Favorite episode thus far is "Store 23." I really like Ben 23's character - particularly how he's more "childish" than "egomaniac" and still genuinely wants to improve himself. He reminds me of original Ben, but presented in a way that makes him actually likeable this time - maybe it's the fact that he has older Ben as a big brother figure. Also, very glad they've been able to go a couple plotlines without defaulting to Vilgax - I'm impressed: they actually featured him in an episode and resisted the urge to make the entire show about him.
Also, I occasionally get the impression the writers liked Star Wars.

Hey you guys know how most people think the title Omniverse is a case of They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot? Well it turns out that Eon is going to be a big bad for a handful of episodes, and there should be a 2-part episode where Ben and his crew go around verses meeting both good and bad versions of Ben; Which is apparently going to cumulate into an all out war of Good!Bens VS Evil!Ben's. Sounds exciting to me. Also there's apparently going to be an episode where Ben is going to be put on trial by the Celestialsapians for rebuilding the universe. That means everyone's favorite might be right.
It was never confirmed by the writers, the itself was just so logical that it went from a theory, to fanon, to people believing it was canon because fans were shoving it down each others throats. So no we haven't “known about it for months" as a fact.
Edit: Also I just found out that Ben might turn into an Anodite (yes he's pink and purple) because I saw some concept art of him as...well, an anodite. Although it could have been the writers and design team just showing us what he looks like.

Improving as an author, one video at a time.

Yeah the hair thing was the only thing that threw me off.
