Immortality isn't that great. The only reason it was a good wish for Vegeta was because of the whole "Saiyans only get stronger" business.
Otherwise, what, Krillin wishes for immortality and spends the rest of eternity getting his ass kicked. Hooray?
Also see Fate Worse than Death page for more reasons why immortality is a bad idea. I cannot for the life of me remember it right now but a few months ago I read about a series where an immortal guy was reduced to a head. And no, it wasn't Naruto. It was a rather nightmarish scenario though as I recall.
OH RIGHT, Mortal Kombat X.

I know you're, like, the only one here who doesn't diss Yamcha, but that's definitely a thing, and we didn't start it.
There's a reason they made a figure of the Yamcha Death Pose.
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!Talking to me. Also, Handsome Rob tries not to slam Yamcha and Unnoun stands up for him sometimes so there.
Still playing, 18 just attacked Goku because he's afraid he'll check her gender by touch like he did as a kid.
oh god 18 just got saved by kuririn
fuck this noise
fuck everything
context: 18 runs into a powered up Freeza, and is powerless to stop him destroying Earth. Kuririn shows up after absorbing a Spirit Bomb Goku made, then stops Freeza's blast and defeats him before Kuririn and 18 finish him off. Bleh.
and then Cooler and Gohan had a touching farewell. uh what? sure

You know what? This is getting old. New game!
Take a character from the one of the "Big Three" Shonen Jumps, create an expy that could serve as a plausible Dragon Ball antagonist, Defeat Means Friendship and Heel–Face Turn are optional.
Learning to control and build it's KI, a wild beast goes on a solar system wide rampage in the demon realm, forcing the planetary god to band together, eventually defeating it by tricking it into possessing a brainwashed child who then performs the multiform technique, dispersing it's power. Rather than kill the child, the demon gods have his duplicates serve amongthe elite of their agents among the human populace of their worlds, as they are easily able to blend in.
The demon god can still subtly influence his host though and purposefully put his duplicates in fatal situations with the heroes. Each death traumatizes the host, weakening the brainwashing and as this happens, the less duplicates are made and the individual power level of those remaining increases. Each of those duplicates had itself gotten stronger over time and though still weak dispersed, when once again a single being they will be too strong for the planetary gods to defeat a second time.
The heroes will still manage to outfight the beast in the end though, so the beast will convince the host to see things it's way, allowing for a more complete merging and further power increase. This ends up being its undoing, as the human wasn't that bad of person prior to brainwashing, possession and multiple experiences of death and this process proves therapeutic, making the host becoming more like the good person it once was. This goodness also effects the beast and it becomes less antagonistic in later appearances.
Naruto/Kyube. Your turn!
Buldogue's lawyerSHUT YER HOLE!!!!!!!
........
