Dumplin helped kill the shadow Buus, who SS 3 Goku was struggling with.
Then again, Goku was kind of fighting stupid. When the Buus grabbed him, he just sort of stood there for a third to attack, instead of I Ting to a better location.
Anyway, Mira's probably somewhere in the vicinity of SS 4, since he has access to nnnnegative energy and the Karma Ball.

I have a message from another time...Are you saying that you changed the karma ball into positive energy and used my own weapon to destroy the negative energy that wasthe karma ball and used my own weapon to destroy the postive energy, that was the negative energy that was covering the positive negative energy ball that you changed into the negative karma energy ball that you destroyed that was covering you, and used my own negative energy to destroy the karma energy that was changed into positive energy and used to destroy negative weapon energy, thatt you changed into my own weapon to destroy the positive ball energy that was the negative karma energy that was the despicable energy that you used to destroy your positive energy that was my own energy that was destroyed, and used my own karma weapon to destroy the energy that was the positive weapon energy, that my own karma ball changed into your energy!?

It's inconclusive, I think.
We only ever see him one time after his demise, and that's during his one day that he's allowed to return to Earth, courtesy of Baba. While it's true that Goku was keeping his body when Baba granted him this favor, I'm not quite sure that it counts without that context. There's not much of a sample size to work with.
I'm inclined to say no, only because if Grandpa Gohan's body had disappeared from the Earth to join him in the afterlife after being crushed to death by the rampaging Oozaru, Goku would never have known he was dead.
Keeping your body is a special circumstance given to great heroes and sponsored by God. It's not Valhalla, a home for anyone who died in battle.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub. That was Baba's impetus for it, but bear in mind that the "One Day on Earth" thing is part of Baba's powerset, not a standard afterlife mechanic.
Baba's relationship with the afterlife has never been very well defined. Neither have limitations on her abilities.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.@Shlugo Well, Raditz probably didn't have a body when Yemma "beat" him. Goku didn't know about the body thing at that point.
@Enlong Ignoring F's inconsistencies that probably wasn't an actual body, but a visual aide for the audience. Because Freeza's actual body is said to be in pieces, even before hd is revived.
Edit: wait, misread you. I don't think Freeza has a body that gave him access to his power or anything though.

It wouldn't make sense...all of the What If scenarios actually had a chance of happening, high chance to low chance ratio of actually happening.
Xenoverse has Nappa and the Neo Ginyu Force. I dare say they could do something with Chi-Chi.

Dimps should have just given Mira the Body Double technique, or whatever it's called, for that final showdown since the only fights they managed to make even remotely challenging were ones against multiple opponents. I mean, his entire schtick is using other people's moves anyway.
