The only movie villain that annoys me is Broly, and that isn't even fair because it has nothing to do with Broly himself. Otherwise Broly is chill.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Shrugged? He flat out ignored the attack like it wasn't even there!
As for other movie villains, I kinda like Hirudegarn. There wasn't much to him, but he did make a fairly intimidating Kaiju. Hatchiyack was interesting, but suffered from far too little screentime.

#IceBearForPresidentHirudegarn was pretty cool, yeah. It was rather silly about having Goku save the day, when he barely had relevance to that movie, but at least Dragon Fist was a cool move.
Also, interestingly, Wrath of the Dragon actually came out BEFORE Ocarina of Time.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Bills definitely seems to be the best movie villain seen.
@Red M
Agreed with Saiga, Broly was super fanficric sames with Cooler. Broly's defeat was pure fail, and the ridiculous amount commercializing his character received is ridiculous. Cooler was at least cool in that he used the death ball attack which Frieza used to destroy Planet Vegeta.
"I don't give a rat's ass about going to hell. I guess it's because I feel like I'm already there." -MugenHey, I have a question. I notice that after Goku and Vegeta rip out Super Buu's absorbees and he reverts to his base form, he still retains his higher-level speaking mannerisms and "eloquence" compared to how he was before absorbing Gotenks and Piccolo in the first place.
Is that just a dub inconsistency? Or is it something else? Was his original crudeness just Obfuscating Stupidity? Did he just retain some knowledge from his absorptions?

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! My first exposure to DBZ was a raw version of Revenge of Coola(back before you could find such things on the internet, or even before DBZ was brought over) so Coola will always be Cool to me, despite Saiga's Bad Fanfic argument making a lot of sense.
As for Broly, this was only the dub, but asking if truce is the same as a Coffin cracked me up. He is ridiculously strong though, and I can grasp why others would dislike him.
Now that I've seen the sub of Bils(sp) I find it interesting that he's antagonizing Goku because he apparently just wants a good fight(that's a first for a movie villain, who usually plan some kind of Nebulous conquest or revenge).
One Strip! One Strip!Well shit. Why'd you do that Buu?
If a man wants custard, let him have a little. Don't hog it.
One Strip! One Strip! The point of "wrath of the dragon" was not that Goku was "stronger" than anyone else (even though he was besides Gotenks and Gohan) it was that he was the first to discover Hirudegarn's weakness.
As long as someone was afraid of it they could not win, so Goku purposefully stood there and let it beat on him until no one was scared of it anymore...and then killed it with a new move because TOEI probably realized they just created an incredible Anti-Climax. (It might have been better if they had everyone rush in and beat on it but I guess they already used that one on Hatchyak)
Cooler, Broly and Janemba were just freaking powerful...though the latter at least had a satisfying defeat that did not completely fly in the face of what we knew about the story thus far.
Modified Ura-nage, Torture Rack

Oh and I liked Cooler and Broly. Yeah.
