I have no idea when the TOP stuff would have been recorded but he's going to be back for the Broly movie if that says anything.

This song needs more love. The only thing really interesting about Arak comes from his bio, which states that he is very professional and disciplined, trying to improve his universe as much as possible with the minimal amount of destruction, which basically makes him a more effective version of Cidra. While Cidra shows how compassion can lead to disastrous anarchy, Arak shows that compassion, when used properly, can lead to prosperity.
Also, Arak's angel is a masculine woman, which is unusual for this show.
Remember when Goku was grievously wounded by a regular old raygun? You know what that means...
The Farmer With a Shotgun is the strongest in the universe.

Maybe you can chalk it up to Early-Installment Weirdness. It also makes me think did Toriyama always meant for Goku to be an alien.

Goku wasn't damaged by a bullet when Bulma shot him with a handgun. It seemed to hurt him in the sense of causing pain, but no actual permanent injury.
Lasers are just better than bullets, apparently.
...I mean, Bulma has a laser canon she invented herself in Jaco the Galactic Patrolman, which makes her using a regular bullet projectile gun in Dragon Ball a little strange.
Granted, she made it specifically to kill aliens, and she might not have known she was going to find an alien when she wanted to wish for her strawberry boyfriend.
She also rode in a car and a motorcycle on wheels, and got to her sister's island with an old fashioned boat, even though she helped invent flying cars based on the antigravity propulsion of an alien spaceship she fixed when she was five.
So I guess at 16 Bulma was going through her hipster phase where she liked old fashioned tech.
EDIT: I could be wrong, maybe I'm really bad at artstyles, but is it me, or does Kakarot in Super Broly seem to be about the same size and proportions as Goku in Dragon Ball?
Like, can we compare model sheets?
As Jaco puts it:
I'm almost starting to think that Saiyans just have a. "Child" age? That they don't really grow from? Until they grow to adulthood all at once.
Goku's maybe, like, an inch taller when he fights King Piccolo than he was when he met Bulma, and he's 17 at the time. And that could just be artstyle shift.
I honestly cannot tell, does Goku look the same at 16 as he does at 3?
Also, this is a point.

So in a strange political connection: Democratic rep. Nathan Johnson, who was the Funimation dub's composer attorney for its first two seasons of Z, along with a couple of movies (Broly Second Coming, Wrath of the Dragon, and like 5-6 more), is now Texas's 16th district senator
.
In more apolitical (though a tad spoilery) news: new

I like it in spite of GT.
Even if it comes from a bad thing, if a concept is good enough, I will separate it from that bad thing.
Like a lot of stuff or characters in Fairy Tail and Naruto. I grew to despise both series (although I think I'm in a love hate relationship with FT since I'm still reading 1000 year quest), but there are things that I like in both still.
One Strip! One Strip!Alright, it's been a day since I started the god poll, let's see what the results are!

They're similar enough though, his GT outfit is very similar to his EOZ one
And I can't help but get the feeling that during this movie, there's gonna be like an important moment where Goku switch to his EOZ outfit, kinda like how Vegeta is in his Buu saga outfit
Could be speaking out of my ass though, maybe it's just a hunch
¡PONLE QUE DIGA!:"¡HUMONGOSAURIO HASTA LA MUERTE!"...
<checks out pics of both outfits>
....I think I like the GT costume more actually.
Go ahead. Throw all the bricks you want. I said what I meant, and I meant what I said.
One Strip! One Strip!

Quitela was a fun character, but he loses points for me because of how disappointing his trump cards were.
